We had a great experience all around with polar bear heating and air. All the guys were right on time which is a big plus. Jamie was our technician that came to trouble shoot our old unit after troubles and attempted repair with no success, he was very thorough and explained the problem and all the options available. In the end I decided on a new unit. David and Derek were sent out for our install and were terrific at what they done, they were timely with the install, explained everything about the unit and it’s use and made sure it was doing as it should. All these guys deserve a raise for being the face of the company and how professional they are!!! Great team to have doing work at your business or residence.

Very professional. Alecs was very helpful in explaining everything that I needed to know. He went above and beyond on checking what I needed for my air conditioner unit and things that I need to have done. YES I will be calling them for future business.

I had a new unit put in 3 years ago by polar bear express. I paid almost 10,000 to have a new unit installed with all new duct work. Three years later my unit quit working and I was told it wasn’t under warranty that I would have to pay 1,200$ to have it fixed. Three months after having it fixed. My unit has quit working yet again. Be aware they will tell you the unit is covered for 5 years but what they fail to mention it’s only what the factory covers it’s not there work. Ps. One angry customer.

Service was timely and within timeframe. And did not cost me a lot of money.

They were so fast, friendly, professional and informative about everything. They explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure equipment was perfect. The technicians Willie and Dalton and their supervisor took time to teach everything to my mother about how it all works and we never felt uncomfortable or overwhelmed having strangers in the house. Amazing people, amazing business.

Our AC was not working properly. I called and explained the problem and someone came the next day, first thing. He was very professional, on time, explained everything he was going to do, and the price was fair. I will use them again for my heating and cooling needs.

Recently moved to the area and noticed a high electric bill on our new home during the winter despite keeping the thermostat set a modestly low temperature throughout the night and day. Gave Polar Bear a call and they sent a technician out fast who diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

Looking forward to the future less expensive heating bill from here on! I appreciated the service!
