The staff at Polar Bear Heating and Air were fantastic. Frank, our service guy, was at our house within 2 hours of our call and after exhausting all options with our unit it seemed that a new one was the only sure way to fix it. We ordered the new unit on a Monday evening and by Wednesday at noon we had a completely new system. Henry and Cameron were professional, quick and efficient with their work installing the system. Polar Bear was highly recommended to me and I will surely highly recommend them to anyone else who has HVAC needs!

This company is absolutely amazing! I have been dealing with first am warranty and they are by far the worst company on the planet and if it wasn’t for polar bear and Scott who personally had to deal with first am, we would not have heat in our home. This company and Scott went above and beyond for us, and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for everything. We finally have heat, which would not have been possible without them. The employees they sent out to install were polite, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their job, they explained everything to me and did an excellent job with the install.
