Polar Bear Heating & Air

Called on a Wednesday and Jerred was here the next day and was able to locate the heat exchanger and assured me they could have it repaired the following week. He and Michael returned the following Wednesday. Replaced the old with the new and got the furnace working. They did an absolutely awesome job. I had been waiting on a part from another business since September of 2022. I will definitely use Polar Bear again and am grateful for the wonderful job by Jerred and Michael. Thanks again!!

Any time we have called Polar Bear, they have given us EXCELLENT SERVICE, going beyond what we’ve expected. Today’s service rep was professional, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied before they left.

The service for this call was to remove the “lock” feature, from moving from heat to air, which required a PIN number that we were never made aware of when that thermostat was installed. They came and figured it out, so we won’t have the “lock”, and figured out the PIN number. I would suggest that customers be made aware of the PIN number at the time the thermostat is installed. That would have prevented the need for this call today.

I had an AC that quit working the week before my daughters wedding. I called Polar Bear and they made a temporary repair to get me thru the weekend and came back later the next week to make a permanent repair with the new part. Thanks to Dave and Mike!

Bought one 4 years ago and now it’s not working. Called them up and they don’t service the area I live in anymore. Now I’m trying to find a place that will come out and look at it. You think since they installed it they would look at it seeing as how it’s still has warranty.

Josh and Jarrod were both professional and persistent! I was more than pleased with the installation of my new HVAC unit. They had had a very long day and were at my home long after dark to ensure I had heat in my home on a very cool evening!! I was further impressed that Michael, the service technician who assisted with the selection and order of my new unit, took it upon himself, after his workday was completed, to stop by and confirm I was pleased with the installation and process. Very pleased with this business overall!!

We were so thrilled with this company’s service. They were able to come give us an estimate within a day and then got us on the books for that week. They arrived as soon as they said they would and were very quick to complete the job. They even send text notifications the day before and call the day of to remind you of your appointment! I also was a huge fan of their customer support team who answered all of my questions, scheduled our service, and kept us up-to-date with any necessary information. Overall, they were very professional, prompt, kind, and efficient. Definitely recommend them!

Had a heater quit on us on a cold night, and Polar Bear got it running the next day. Kudos to Mike Hurst for the fast response time, and superb service.

Willie and Jason did a great job installing new duct work in the crawl space under my house. It isn't easy work, but the two of them spent the better part of 2 days getting the job done.
