Specialized Service Co Inc

This is about 3 months late but I promised Michael I would write a review! He's amazing and I hope he's still around. He explained everything he was doing and was very friendly. Thank you Michael for making sure my family especially my baby girl stayed warm for the winter.

We had a new air conditioner installed. Specialized Services, was fast, professional and reasonably priced. They were honest with us about what we needed and what would be too much. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new Heating and Air Unit last year and called Specialized Service. Their quote was one of the lower ones we had received, and they also offered financing! I called them to have them do our yearly service and they were right on time, quick and efficient! I would recommend them for all of your heating and air needs!

You won't find a better HVAC service company than Specialized. They're professional, quick, knowledgeable, caring, and priced right! Whether it's my home, a rental, or a recommendation I know Dave and his team will save the day and get the job done right. ❤

Brandon was on top of the job! I just moved into my new place and had no idea if the heater was running correctly. He called me the same day to find out the issue and said he'd go look first thing the next day. The next day, sure enough I got a call and it all checked out great. I was relieved as I am new the area and the phone call letting me know was a comfort. Thanks Brandon!

Every step of my experience with Specialized Service, from my initial phone call with Pepper, to the quick response from Dave and the timely and efficient installation of an entirely new HVAC system by Tom and Jim, actually made paying the fair and reasonable bill a pleasure! Clearly, they have all made an extraordinary effort to provide the best possible customer service, and that is no small feat in today's world!!

Several things you want from a service company:

1. To answer the phone - check
2. Not charge you just to schedule an appointment - check
3. Make your emergency their emergency (even if it's not) - check
4. Give you a window of time less that 60 minutes (unlike most who say, "we'll be there between 8am-5pm" then when you finally go to the bathroom they don't call, but they ring the doorbell once leave, and charge you) - check
5. Do what they say they'll do - check
6. Employees represent the company well - check
Side note I can't tell you how many times I've heard employees badmouth they're employers.

Other times companies hire people I think they just ordered from a staffing agency for the day. I won't mention names.

7. They know how to talk to clients - check
8. Make payment easy - check
9. Refused a beverage and didn't ask to use my bathroom - check.
10. Asked for feedback!

I would consider buying this company. Seriously!

Highly recommend. Fast and friendly service. Had issues with one of our heaters at 316 Customs. Came out and had us up and running in no time. Very professional.

Brandon Johnson did a great job! He was very friendly and professional and fixed the heater in a timely manner and explained what was going wrong with it. I highly recommend him!
