I had them out to replace a fan motor on my AC. Tom was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me! He wasn't affraid of my dogs, snakes, or child that was not feeling well 😂😂 I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We have enjoyed a business relationship with Specialized Services for several years with Bob doing our HVAC maintenance. Finally, we decided to replace our existing system, so we considered several bids. Brandon was effective in getting us a system to meet our needs at a fair price. We trusted Specialized Services to do a top quality job. The installation took place yesterday without any issues. The two person installation crew was fast, friendly, and professional. They always get to us after calling very quickly. They clean up as they work. Answered all questions. Explained all details. They have a great service plan to schedule maintenance twice a year for a great price because time flies & then something breaks.
Very good company have been using them for several years.

Great service! Tom came by and performed maintenance on both my furnaces then Tom and Jay came back adjust ducts, install new ducts, and sleeve my AC refrigeration hose. They're very courteous, keep you informed, and operate at a fair price.

Called Specialized Service Co Inc about an AC repair and they set me up with an apt. Tom Cornelius came out and clean and repaired our AC and was extremely professional, kind, and did not push us to get additional items or a new AC. We will use Specialized Sercie Co from now on for all our HVAC needs. We were very pleased with their services. Also Tom was super nice to our Dogs which if you know my wife is a very big deal. I have no complaints. Definently will recommend their services to anyone who needs their systems checked. Thank you for all your help.

The two guys that came out to replace my air conditioner (Tom and Jim) were awesome! They were professional and efficient, wasting neither my time or their own. Tom, the gentleman who worked on our inside unit, was warm and friendly and talked and explained to my small daughter what he was doing. All in all, we had a great experience with this business, so much so that we plan on calling them to replace our furnace in a couple of years. 10/10 absolutely recommend this business!

David was punctual when I called and was suffering from heat exhaustion from my 22 year old air conditioner barely throwing out any cool air. He was out the next morning.. we ended up needing a new air conditioner/furnace installed. He provided me with a lot of information in order for me to make a good decision. I feel comfortable with the equipment that was installed. The service was outstanding and very prompt. I was expecting to be without air conditioning for several days but instead it was just a couple of days and I had a brand new air conditioner. Overall Dave and his installers are very professional, courteous and very informative. I highly recommend Specialized Service Company and I will absolutely call them in the future with any problems or concerns.
