We had such a great experience using this company! Pepper on the phones was very polite and helpful and Tom came out to look at our unit and was very respectful and kind to our home and answered all the questions my husband. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything running smoothly and he didn't leave without making sure we had everything we needed! I will be recommending this company to everyone!

I have had Specialized Service out several times for general cleaning and also to repair both my A/C and my heater. The most recent time they spent several hours over the course of several days working on my very old heater and were able to get it working when I thought it was not possible. Pepper, Dave, Bob, and the entire staff are amazing to work with, very friendly, and they have always been honest with me. I highly recommend Specialized Service to anyone having issues with their heater or A/C.

Jason is the technician that repaired our air conditioner motor. He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and he provided amazing customer service. The repair was also done very quickly. We could not be more pleased with our experience. If you're looking for a heating and air company, I seriously recommend Specialized Service.

Was prepared to pay for service but he talked to office and they agreed no charge😊 Will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs AC/HEAT work done honestly timely and reasonable cost. Brandon was right on time. He listened to all of my concerns and even helped with the things that weren't on the job description. Best of all, he fixed our air conditioner! I'm very satisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. Definitely would recommend.

Just had a brand spanking new American Standard A/C and Furnace installed. The crew who did the install couldn't have been better - Brandon, Jim, & Tom were professional, knowledgeable, and calm about my interruptions with questions, and they left my attic and back yard clean and picked up of any debris. The men worked well together, making it obvious that they enjoy what they do and enjoy working with each other. I give 10 stars to Specialized Service Co., and if I could give more than 5 to the crew I'd do it. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Brandon was on time, on point and super informative. He was also quick and had our heat back and running in under 45 mins!! 10/10

Specialized came out to one of my rentals and evaluated my system and found that my ac system was basically done. Dave gave me options for replacement and was very thoughtful about my financial situation at the time. His guys came out and replaced my furnace and ac in no time at all. My renters are happy and so am I. I recommend them to anyone without a doubt in my mind.

We have used Specialized Service for years! They are so great I even recommended them to my own mother! She was as happy as we were! Today Bob came out and really worked on our furnace He found relays out and a burner going out. VERY kind and professional. He explained things in terms we could understand, he was GREAT. We highly recommend this company they do everything right and we TRUST them with all of the HVAC . They are the only one's we can say that about!

My furnace was not working and Brandon Johnson came out and fixed it for me, he was very friendly and thorough. I have a 5 year old son who asked Brandon A LOT of questions about his work and wanted to show him his own play set of tools and Brandon was was being so kind and responsive to him. I really appreciate the work that was done and now my heater works great. Thank you so much!
