Dan's Heating and Cooling

Big thanks to Trevor and Sam for doing an excellent job on installing our new AC and Furnace last week. Did a great job in all aspects of work done. Installation looked great, and area was clean upon completion of work. They took the time to explain a few features instead of handing me the manual. Highly recommend Dan's. Very competitive pricing, and excellent customer service.

We had Dan’s Heating and Cooling out to replace our 19 year old water heater and hot water manifold. Sometimes going with the lowest bidder is not the best idea, but in this instance it worked out great! Brent and Brennen were friendly and respectful of my property. They arrived on time and let me know where they were in the process and if they needed to leave for lunch or a part. I got in the shower this evening and had the hottest water I can recall in a long time!

Chris, Jason and Sam were very knowledgeable and did a great job on the install of our hvac system and ductwork for our new home! The install manager was also very helpful!

The air-conditioner quit working last night. I called and the woman got us in line for a service tech to come out today. She was helpful and professional. Tech came and had our issue repaired and back working in about 1 1/2 hrs. Cost was reasonable. We are please with the service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan's HVAC company, and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Earl, the sales representative, provided a customized solution that fixed our home, and Adam, the installer, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their services!

New to Wichita, my AC was not working over the weekend. Called Dan’s and talked with Jenny she was nice, professional and empathetic! Placed me on their schedule, but then added if they had a cancellation they would work me in. They did ! Two days early!. Randy was the technician that came out. He was nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and answered all me questions. My repair was reasonably priced too! They have all my HVAC business now.

We had just arrived home from vacation, late in the day, and our a/c refused to work. Dan's was called and arrangements were made for next day. Glen called ahead and was repairing our unit before the next afternoon was done. He was very professional and personable. We are thrilled with the service, the repair and the company representatives. They will always have our business.

Mike 5.0 did an amazing job explaining everything he was doing and sharing his wealth of knowledge. Anything that is 23 years-old is an antique, but Mike brought it back to life. I have had three other close friends who have used Dan’s Heating and Cooling, and all three of them have had great experiences. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

Of course on the first hot day of the season, my AC quits working. I called Saturday night expecting to leave a message and got a real person. I got a call back early Sunday morning and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. I was very happy. Wednesday morning I got a text letting me know they could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Henry was very efficient, went to the store to get the part instead of scheduling another appointment, figured out how to get under the skirting of my house, and had it all up and running in about an hour! And the price was reasonable!! Will definitely be calling on them again for some plumbing work I need.

We recently moved, so started a seasonal maintenance at the new house. James came and serviced our new to us ac unit. Since the previous owner did not service it for years, it needed lots of extra attention. James patiently cleaned it and replaced a dual run capacitor. He came back two days later to repair our mini split in the sunroom. It's working great now. James is methodical, professional and likes my snicker doodle cookies. We hope to have James service our home for now on. 🤗
