Mike 2.0 and Jason were friendly, professional, and great to work with on installation. Adrian helped us with the quote and unit selection, and he was knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Everyone at Dan’s heating and cooling have been kind and professional. They respond in a timely manner and we highly recommend using them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Our A/C failed and we decided to try Dan's for the first time, partly based on the very positive reviews. A polite lady set up an 8:30 appointment for a couple of days later, and Glen, the technician, arrived right on time. Within forty-five minutes he had diagnosed the problem, gone over alternatives, and located a replacement part for the one that had failed. He picked it up, installed it, and had the A/C working shortly after noon. We thought the price was very reasonable, and Glen was a pleasant fellow, and great ambassador for the company. Give them a try!

ALWAYS a friendly & helpful person on the phone to answer any questions and direct you to the people you need to talk with, ALWAYS a tech guy that know what he is doing and explains everything to you. Glen was very helpful today. he gave up his Saturday to fix my A/C. I very much appreciated that. they are truly customer service oriented

Service technician, Glen, came for summer servicing today. We really appreciate Dan’s Heating and Cooling and have ever since our new unit was installed several years ago. they have always given us great service.
Today, Glen called ahead and was actually right on time. He was polite, friendly, did a thorough inspection of my unit, reviewed the details of the inspection, and completely cleaned my A/C unit.

Mike 3.0 was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease over worrying about my AC making it through another summer! I got the 2 service contract which is a great deal and on the off-chance something does go wrong, it entitles me to priority scheduling and discounts! Definitely worth it for the peace of mind it brings!

Everyone was very kind, professional, and just all around good people. The office ladies are very nice, and Jeff, who always performs my services is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Dans Heating and Cooling for several years now because they are professional and do reliable installation and repair. They have installed a new Air conditioning and heating system in our sons home as well as a new heat pump at our home. All work and equipment was top notch and performed in a timely and professional manner. They have serviced our equipment on a regular basis to insure that it is always ready for summer heat or winter cold. This is very important when we need a repair in the middle of a heat spell or winter cold snap. We appreciate that we can depend on then when we need service or equipment replacement that it will be done timely and reliably.
