Technician's Connor & Randy arrived within the time appointment period promised. They quickly located the no run problem. Then they checked the system out and determined the system was now working properly. These guys were polite, friendly, and explained their findings in terms that even I could understand.

This week we found our new HVAC company: Dan’s Heating and Cooling. Air conditioning failures come at the worst times and we could not have been happier with the response time. We could quickly see that Craig understood our geo-thermal system (not every HVAC company does) and earned our confidence by both looking for the solution AND getting us patched together short term to get us cool again. When we ran into a new challenge on a weekend, he made himself available on the phone. Based on my previous experience with Wichita HVAC companies, I didn’t think this kind of company still existed. You know…the kind of company where they answer the phone when you NEED them….and do everything they can to help you in a pinch. Yep, they do still exist. Dan’s is that kind of company and those are the kind of people who work there. Special shout out to Craig who is our hero. Because our house is COOL.

They worked on removing and setting up a new boiler for us just recently. Very nice to work with! A terrific experience. Came out same day when we initially called to diagnose the problem. Always on time and were very helpful explaining the equipment and process. And, they cleaned up their mess! Thank you Craig, Brent and Don! Will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

We have been long-time customers (about 40 years) of the Gene Hensley Company which is now part of Dan's Heating and Cooling. We've always been more than satisficed with their HVAC installation and service work, but our experience today with Dan's service technician, Craig, was really superior. His skill set combines all of the things you could hope to have in a person working in your home. As Craig serviced our two HVAC systems he was courteous, knowledgeable and practical. He found several small problems with each system and repaired them along with a thorough cleaning of each. We also discussed the pros and cons of air duct cleaning and getting on an annual service contract.

So, bottom line, we are so pleased with our service from Dan's Heating and Cooling!

This company is the most professional company I have used. I was a contractor for over 30 years and wish I knew them back then. The installers were very professional and keeped every thing clean. Glen and Don were great! Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! I have two units and they serviced both, giving me helpful hints throughout the service call. My dogs and even the cat liked them! Great guys!!
