    Our AC went out last night and we needed a quick repair. Epic was referred to us by my sister-in-law. Christen was our service tech and he was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and quick to fix our issue. I highly recommend Epic Heating and Air to anyone who needs help with their AC or Furnace issues.

    This past summer it was triple digit temperatures and the air was thick with humidity. Our A/C went out and we couldn’t fix it ourselves. After calling several companies with wait times scheduling several weeks out—for just an estimate—I was referred by a family friend to Epic Heating and Air. They too had a packed schedule but still made the time to squeeze us in for an estimate. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I scheduled an install for a new system and asked them to just fit us in their schedule as soon as they could. I was elated to get a phone call from them a couple days later saying they had finished a job earlier than expected and could install the new system right away! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process—from estimate and financing to installation and follow-up. They didn’t try to oversell me on more than I needed. I would refer Epic Heating and Air every single time. Outstanding service!! Great people!!

    They ruined my AC and added an extra capacitor when my capacitor was never even out. A week later I had to buy a new air conditioner unit. And charge me 200+ to put the very small capacitor that was not needed. And it was ruined because the new AC guy told me that. He showed me the original capacitor that is still on my unit was nothing wrong with. You guys added the small one which fried it. And it wasn't bad luck it was bad business.

    A friend told me about Epic and got me in touch with them. The day after I talked to them they were out to look at my unit, gave me their opinion, and sent me a couple options that night. I made my decision and told them what I wanted on a Friday and they scheduled me Monday to get it replaced. The installation went very quickly and the installer did a great job telling me all about the unit. He was in and out in less than 3 hours. I will be recommending Epic to all my family and friends for their heating and air needs!

    Our air conditioning quit working unexpectedly last night, and temperatures the next few days are going to be 100 degrees. This morning after contacting Epic Heating and Cooling, we had a tech (James) out within a few hours, and he was quickly able to get us up and running again. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their drive to make their customers happy with excellent and efficient service. Thanks for keeping us cool as we enter the hottest days of the year!

    Preston was fully booked during a busy time of the year, but he still figured out a way to get my A/C cooling again even with short notice. It was obvious he'd been doing this for a long time and knew what he was doing.

    I'm pretty sure I was a pain in the rear to deal with, so I'd like to give a special thanks to him for being so kind and understanding.

    I have used Epic in the past and they have always fixed the problem. So when our air conditioner wasn’t keeping the house cool we called Epic. When Aaron arrived I explained the issue to him. He was very pleasant and professional. He had us up and cooled in under an hour. He didn’t try to up-sale either he just fixed the problem. I will definitely be using them again.

    So this is an update. They came on a home warranty call and replaced our outside unit and redid our inside unit. Back in July 2021 and less than a year later I called them about not having ac. Owner said if it's dirty we are charging you but yes it's under warranty. So instead of worrying about their install he was worried about charging us if it was dirty. We had another place come out to look at it and EVERY solder joint was leaking and we had no charge. So thanks to the other place for fixing this places poor work. I let old republic know, so maybe they will get my 100 bucks trade fee back from them in some way.

    I tried giving you all the chance to fix it but instead you'd rather say you'd charge if you came out just if it's dirty. It's not gonna be filthy less than A year later enough to make our system not work.

    Had a breakdown on the ac when it was over 100. Preston got a guy there in a few hours, and got it fixed despite numerous other issues popping up out of there control. Great service, fair price.

    In May, the HVAC unit in my house turned 21 years old. I’ve owned the house almost 7 years and have had to replace a few parts here and there, but this summer the unit was finally exhausted. I had three bids from local companies. Justin with Epic gave me great information about what the process would be, what kind of turnaround time I was looking at, pointed out a few things with my newish water heater that needed some code upgrades that could be handled during the installation and really gave me the best sense of what I was buying if I went with Epic Heating & Cooling. His knowledge and the time he took with me made it easy to choose Epic to do the replacement.
    The installation techs had their work cut out for them, and it was an all day process on my service date. They were great, they were respectful of social distancing in these weird times, they were genuinely sweet to my dogs, they were able to laugh and joke with me, and they answered all of my questions. When they were showing me my new thermostat or explaining their work, they were friendly and they were interested in educating me, I never felt like I was being talked at or down to, and that’s always appreciated. How quickly they were able to get me back up and running in Kansas heat and humidity makes them worth every dime. I can’t thank them enough for everything.
