Preston came in with his guys and installed a complete new HVAC system today and I must say I was pleased with their work. Fast and Friendly and a great price for the service I needed. I highly recommend them.

You can't make this stuff up. My dog fell down the air return all the way to the basement. Justin answered a text of panic at 10pm while my husband was figuring out how to get her out. Besides answering the panic call he gave us the most honest quote for maintenance we've ever had versus buying all new stuff when it wasn't necessary. He changed our air filter and a setting on the furnace, we have more air flow than we've ever had. We still need some other maintenance done next week. You can actually feel air two feet up from the vent. Every other company we have had out over the years said we needed a bigger unit. Turns out our unit is plenty big just, "needs a little love." says Justin. Very pleased!

Chad came to the house to check out a smoke smell. He checked everything in the furnace and around the house, just to be sure. Once we figured out it was a bad light bulb (which he was very kind to change), he cleaned our furnace to prepare us for the rest of the season. He showed me some pictures of the inside of the furnace to help give me an idea of how old the furnace is and let me know to start budgeting for a new one. He was not pushy at all, more realistic than anything.

Epic was a very professional and responsive group. I will use them if I have any other problems in the future.

My air conditioner went out and I had company coming from out of town. I called Epic and they had someone check the next day and told me that the compressor died. They called me back with an estimate later that day, and installed a new one the next day. Great service!

Preston came out to my house and explained to me in detail what was going on with my AC. He told me how I could prevent future problems and was very easy to work with. He was patient with my scheduling, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future should any problem arise. Wow. Don’t be a fool. Stop searching for another company. Call these guys right now. If you’re having problems they’ll fix it quickly. Within 24 hours they got my AC blowing cold air, which is something two competitors couldn’t do in two weeks and four service trips. And it didn’t cost me as much as I wasted with the other companies.

I will never even consider working with anybody but Epic from now on. Wish I found them sooner!

Aaron did a great job finding some things that could be improved on our AC and it is running great now! The business was able to schedule appointment quickly and we are very satisifed with the service.

Preston and his workers were on point. A/C went out on Thursday, he came out that night and by Saturday at 1:00 we had a new system installed at a better than fair price.
