Dan's Heating and Cooling

I’m a senior citizen and Dan’s Heating and Cooling came out and did a wonderful job fixing my air conditioner so it would be nice and cool. I’m half blind and old, I am so appreciative to Mike 5.0 and Connor for taking care of me and getting my air conditioning up and running so I could be cool. Thank you and God bless you all.

I understand having bad days at work, and I’m by no means a good driver. But driving erratically… weaving in and out of traffic, tailing me going 70mph on Kellogg in rush hour to find out whichever employee it was whipped into rolling hills wine and spirits.. liquor store must’ve been worth almost hitting me by cutting two lanes over with no signal behind me on the maize road exit. Don’t know who was driving company cars right after close but not a very good representation of the company….

Jeff came out today, 5/24/23 and did the BEST maintenance I have had. He even showed me how to set up the Trane app to remotely manage my system which nobody else has EVER done -- which is pretty weird, considering I have had my system now for 4 years...... I want him to come out every single year. Nobody else comes close, now that I see what can be done. He took pictures and showed them to me. Nobody else has done that either. Come on, Dan. Get with the program!

My family woke up this morning to no heat in our house. The temperature outside was 30° and inside was below 60°. I have a 5 month old so I couldn’t hold off till Monday, I had heard about Dan’s Heating and Cooling from one of my neighbors. I called and was able to get someone to my house within a reasonable time for it being a Saturday.

Jeff and Glen showed up with greeting smiles and excellent communication skills. I showed them to my heating unit and within 15 mins they had identified the problem and already started the repair. Another 10 mins pass and my house is being supplied with heat.

After the repair was finished, Jeff and Glen gave me a simple yet informative breakdown, to where I could fully comprehend what had happened to my unit. Then provided a recommend fix to help my unit work more efficiently and have a longer life expectancy.

I appreciate everything that Jeff and Glen have done for my family today. I will be using Dans Heating and Cooling in the future if ever needed, and recommending to anyone who needs this kind of service.

Glen is the technician who came to my home a week ago. He performed the maintenance procedure on the heating system, as well as the humidifier system. He discovered the wiring was not done correctly on the humidifier, so he took the time to "re-wire" it. Throughout the time he was here and working on the heating system and the humidifier, he took the time to explain everything he was doing, and although complicated, it all gave me an idea of how things work or should be working. I appreciate the educational aspect of his visit, and the checking out of all parts related to the heating system and humidifier. Glen is definitely a professional, who knows his business inside out! I would recommend him to anyone -- Dan's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is an exceptional business, and their technicians are extraordinary.

We have used Dan's for many years. The customer service is outstanding from the person who answers the call to the person that services our system. Polite, professional, and always on time. Highly recommended.

Dan's installed our system, and has always been responsive to our needs for seasonal maintenance and repairs. The latest was an a/c out service call. Called after hours; received a call back and scheduled for the next morning. Repair done early in the day.

Connor and Randy showed up right on time and were quick, polite, and knowledgeable! Will be using Dan’s going forward for my HVAC work.

Brent, Brennan and Sam all did an excellent job on plumbing repairs needed for my home, including a complete heat & ac new installation and hot water heater last year. I have been with Dan's for 20+years with total satisfaction for all projects they have done on my homes and Rental properties.

I have used Dan's for 4 yrs and am very satisfied with their annual maintenance program. They come twice a year for a check up and if anything would go wrong in between, I will be at top of their schedule.
