This is a very professional company, all of the staff members are friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided me on installing my new furnace and condenser unit. The installers Jim & Tom is very good, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company with no regrets. Thank you for a job well done.

Bob was originally who came out for the service call , I had called multiple companies prior to this one . They are the only ones who actually tried to repair the problem first instead of forcing a new unit down my throat . Very professional and Courteous. The very next day there were out fixing the issue . If I ever have this issue again they will be who I call and I would also recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling assistance! Thanks to Jim and jay also they all deserve a raise

I called them in the evening and received a callback within a few minutes, even though it was after hours. The person I spoke with was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service technician showed up on time and was very professional. Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also cleaned the AC unit thoroughly. My AC is now working better than ever! He provided some information about replacing my 16 year old unit and answered all of my questions, but he did not try to sell, scare or otherwise pressure me into spending more and he was honest about the repair being for something less expensive than I originally thought it would be. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I have used Specialized Service for many years now and I am always grateful for their quick response and personal care when I’ve called. I know that I will get fast, professional service for a great price. I feel confident that my furnaces and AC units have lasted as long as they have because I’ve had Specialized routinely maintain them, but when it’s time to replace them I will only trust Dave and his team at Specialized to install new units. We have been a customer for 8+ years and never disappointed! Brandon came out today and quickly diagnosed and repaired my A/C problem. He is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. "Sorry Brandon for the wet shoes". Great guy, great company, very reasonable prices! Will call them every time!

I have had them service my unit for years and today they put new furnace and a/c units in my house and did a great job. I didnt even get other bids because of the trust i have in them. I own a plumbing company and refer people to them all the time because i know they will be well taken care of. I will usually get a call back from my customer saying thank you for the referral and that they did a great job for them also. Thanks again guys!

I had problems with my A/C unit. I called several places 2 get it fixed & this company was Specialized Service Co. Inc. was the only heating & cooling company that called me back. They got here in a few hours got my A/C back in working order quickly the serviceman Bob couldn't have been nicer, kinder, pleasant fixed my unit correctly in no time. I was very pleased with the price also.

Brandon was so informative answered all my questions about air flow and how to make my system run more efficiently. Someone had mowed and threw a rock into my unit puncturing my condenser so my system was pouring out freon and freezing up. Brandon was able to repair the existing condenser and swapped out the older out dated piece that was freezing up and was just simply to old to be efficient any longer. He was able to track down a spare part they had laying at the shop to replace it with. So he was able to fix it in a manner that was very cost effective for the customer. And I got the call into them late in Friday afternoon around 330 on labor day weekend and he made sure to rush out and help me get it patched to survive the hot weekend with air as I was recovering from surgery at the time. And he came back out Tuesday and did the final repairs. Very very professional and very knowledgeable and would HIGHLY recommend Brandon and this company. Very very trust worthy.

All of the techs at Specialized Services have been awesome. I've worked with them for years now and have nothing but helpful positive results with them! 100% recommended! Brandon was my tech this last time and was awesome, but all of the techs have been awesome!

Brandon was great! I put in the request after 7p.m. And they called to schedule a visit first thing the next morning. Brandon checked everything even the filter which he had to crawl under the house to do, ended up being a fuse he fixed and cleaned out my unit too! Great fast service and my house is already cooking off great! Thanks so much
