From the start, I was impressed with Bob Hamilton Company and employees. Landon, came the same day that I called to repair my AC Unit. When it was determined that we needed a new unit. Derek came out same day to discuss AC unit options. Rudy and Jairo came out the next day to install and Farshad helped finish with the install. Every employee was super kind and professional and did great work. They are excellent at communicating and super responsive to our questions and needs. Thanks so much! We highly recommend Bob Hamilton and will continue to use them for our household needs!

I have had a string of very bad luck. I was wondering why bad things happen to good people. Bob Hamilton restored some of my faith in the world. They came to the rescue after our main line collapsed leaving my household of six without plumbing. Which they fixed in a timely manner, but when water kept backing up from another problem, they continued to be here. The guys cleared the line several times before it just wouldn't clear anymore. I had use of my bathrooms but not my kitchen or laundry room. The guys at Bob Hamilton, J.R, Tim, Dylan, Juan, and Eddie were there for me and my kids. I will be forever grateful for their determination and dedication to getting our problem fixed. When Juan left today, I cried happy tears. Forever grateful for the guys at Bob Hamilton.

Bob Hamilton was very eager to come out and replace our entire HVAC system. Dustin and Jeff endured 10.5 hours in our crawlspace to replace our old system with a new high efficiency system. These 2 technicians were very professional and very upfront and honest about all the work they needed to do! They are very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. Dustin and Jeff were very respectful of our home and did not leave any mess behind. I would highly recommend these 2 to anyone I know. Thank you Bob Hamilton for your willingness to provide us with a new system! And special thank you to Dustin and Jeff for going above and beyond what I expected!

Os was awesome to have in our house. He was very nice to our kids (1 and 4) and helped us out on a hot day. He was professional and explained everything is easy to understand terms. If you have trouble with your HVAC, call Bob Hamilton and ask for Os!

Johnathan was very nice. He did a great job and ansqered all my questions while educating me on how to prevent the problem we had. I would definitely recommend Johnathan and Bob Hamilton to anyone.

AC unit quit working on Friday night. They were here Saturday morning to check the system and get it up and running again. MThey gave me a list of items that may cause problems in the future with no pressure to fix now. They explained my options and let me decide the path forward. I highly recommend for anyone having AC problems.

Rudy L and Tyler came out on 6/17 to remove and install the new one. They were great! They were able to show up early as requested and the install went very smooth. They predicted it to be about a 4.5 hour job and were done ahead of schedule. They made sure everything worked as expected and answered all questions my wife and I had. I can honestly say I have had a great experience from start to finish.

Chris was my technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He educated me on many aspects of this project which saved me a lot of money in the long run. I’m going to switch over to Bob Hamilton’s member club to have them do my tuneups going forward instead of the company I’m currently using. Highly recommend them. They were also cheaper than the other company.

matt was exceptional. he went above and beyond to repair our shower and hose bib. he was calm, clear, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and patient. we could not be happier. we will definitely recommend bob hamilton and, if possible, ask for matt again by name. thanks so much!

Sam and Jonathan came out this morning to diagnose a shower leak in a home we just purchased. They were kind and professional, and had the answers in no time. They were also patient with our move-in mess, and our silly dog. They gave us suggestions for other issues to keep an eye on that they noticed while working around the home, which was very helpful. They were even able to tackle a quick toilet project that we hadn't planned on addressing today - what a difference it made!
