I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Bob Hamilton! From start to finish they were very fast and efficient with the work and the professionalism was on point. We received prompt, same day service for water heater replacement. Technician, Eric, was professional, extremely courteous and helpful, clean/tidy and efficient! He explained all options thoroughly to help me make an informed decision. Highly recommend!

I got a confirmation call about my appointment. They verified that my service tech would show up around 5:30. I waiting until 6 before calling figuring he was running late. Once I called, they said the job has been labeled as completed. The lady on the phone, who I will say was super helpful and extremely polite, checked in and saw that he went to the wrong address. He never called to check to see if he was at the right place, even tho he was one street over. I confirmed that they had the correct phone number and they did. When I asked if he was still coming over, I was informed that he had already gone home. She checked to see if there were any service techs in the area, and they were all gone at that time.

I've been in in-home sales for a decade now, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Terrible service, minus the person I talked to on the phone. I will be calling someone who wants to replace my water heater. I suggest you go somewhere else too.

Kenneth, Mario and Derrick were OUTSTANDING with providing and installing our new AC & Furnace. They arrived on time and worked until it was done. Could not have had a better experience than we did over the weekend. AC went out Friday, quoted Saturday, and installed a new one by Sunday.

In general Bob Hamilton is great. I've been using them for over a decade now. They answer questions, they're on time, and I don't feel like they try to sell me a bunch of nonsense. My only small grip is their constant calling. They need to update their system or communicate better but I get multiple calls a day asking me the same thing and it's happened multiple times. Example: They called to schedule my AC check up. They said they could have someone out today. Great! 10 minutes later I got a text saying someone was on the way and be there in 30 minutes. Awesome! 10 minutes later I got another call asking me if I'd like to schedule my AC tune up sometime next week? I explained that someone already called and someone was already on the way. They apologized and said they would "update the system". Unfortunately this happens a lot. So I docked one star. But honestly not a big deal. Hopefully they do an update to "the system" so they cut down on repeat calls. Then it would be 5 stars for me.

Mr. Oz was excellent and very knowledgeable. Very personable. He took time to explain and showed me why my ac was not working. He diagnosed the problem in no time. It was my condenser. He also was patient with me for my Vivint thermostat with the rep on the phone to reboot it. He also stayed to clean my outside ac unit. Awesome customer service!

Technicians, Samuel and (the young guy apprenticing with him who's name I can't recall, please forgive me I'm terrible at names), were both very helpful and kind. I am a new homeowner who was working on a plumbing project and came across an issue that was beyond my planned scope and capabilities. I called at roughly 7pm and the technicians came out to work on the issue the very next morning. They were transparent with pricing and made sure to actively discuss the issue with me and made me aware of different things that they tried in the process of fixing it. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and would gladly use their services again for any future plumbing needs.

It was a wonderful experience!!! They sent out a very nice young man, Jonathan, who was so polite!!! He gave us a choice of three options for our problem. He did not talk up for the most expensive - he just let us talk and made the choice ourselves which was a delightful change!! He worked quickly, quietly and very efficiently!! He left everything in perfect order!! We just can't brag enough on Jonathan and the excellent job he did for us!! We were extremely pleased!!

I'm not happy with the communication from Bob Hamilton. I had to call your company twice because I never received any communication even after my window time frame had passed. I'm not impressed! Customer service could have been much better in my opinion. Just keep people informed as to what's going on especially when the time frame has not been met. I almost cancelled and went with any other company. There are two many companies out there that do good jobs and have better customer service. Probably will not use Bob Hamilton again!

Quick response time with absurdly inflated prices, call a smaller shop instead.

I told the technician specifically what part I wanted to be replaced and that I didn't want a diagnostic. He told me he didn't have the part on his truck and offered a $600 version instead. When I declined he charged me $90 for the diagnostic anyways.
I feel a little foolish for not assuming this is how they pay for all those billboards and google ads.

I went with a smaller local shop who were happy to charge a third of the price and will do so in future.
