I have to say that in the past I respected this company for what they were. I have used this company for plumbing heating clogs and other things. I have a HVAC issue that is human felt that now In the heat of the summer sometimes we have to look at people for their worth and not what their credit report says. But I found out the true value of my dedication and loyalty as my credit report was not up to what they wanted so I had to go to a substandard way of cooling my house. I will take my business elsewhere where I'm valued from me and not based on my credit reports

I have a sewer smell coming from my plumbing. I called Bob Hamilton they were able to come out same day in quite a hurry actually at $89 service fee which they pulled my toilet, put a wax ring and a rubber coupler back in charged me $325 did not rectify My problem didn’t even do a soft tissue check And now to come back out to do that for another cost because it’s a different issue and they told me they gave me a 50% discount when they charged me $325 so that would’ve made that a $650 job which in my opinion is so not worth a plumber being there for what little time they were there. Things are expensive but boy a little over the top if you ask me and when I called Bob Hamilton and they told me they are a high end professional company and I disagree. Don’t waste your money folks.

Initial contacts were good/ great. Then came the installation hiccups.
Saturday install delayed due to miscommunication between representative and install crew.
Then Monday install delayed due to theft of equipment and employee illness.
Finally Wednesday crew came out and successfully installed, airedup and cleaned up. Very knowledgeable professionals. It has been very hot the last several days. They saved the day!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Bob Hamilton! Once we accepted their bid, they came out the NEXT DAY and completed the job. Dustin and John were the crew who performed the installation and they did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient, respectful and walked us through how to use our new equipment. I cannot thank the entire Bob Hamilton team enough! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their HVAC.

Couldn’t get cool air and tried everything I could find on Google. Couldn’t fix it so I called a competitor who said it would be 2 weeks. I then called Bob Hamilton and they sent someone out in 30 minutes on a Saturday with no up charge for weekend service. Amy did a phenomenal job, very help in the many questions I had related to my current issue and other things going on in the house. Very professional and great customer service. Highly recommend!

We have an old trap in our home that we are not ready to take out. Two times a year the drain gets backed up. Often times we have to call multiple plumbers out to clean our main but they are not able to get their cable to clear the drain. I asked for an experienced tech with trap experience and he had no problems cleaning our main drain.

SEE UPDATE! I have an account with this business and have used them in the past but never again. They have a current promotion for a free camera inspection with a main line cleaning for $99.00. I asked to have my line inspected to determine a possible collapse. For only the camera portion, I was quoted $189.00. There were no cleaning techs available to be able to get the special. Does it seem ethical to charge me more to do half the work because they have no personnel? All I needed was the camera portion. They still wanted to charge the regular price because they could not clean the line. I'm retired military. So much for supporting the troops.
UPDATE: Monday morning, the general manager called me to offer a no-charge camera and location service to remedy my issue. He was concerned that my initial review was harsh. His Sunday minimal staffing and my situation with no sewer, both contributed to my frustration. For the professional approach to serve the customer I have changed the number of stars on this review to the max. The GM has scheduled a no-cost service when they did not have to. In my opinion, that can't be beat given the circumstances. While not perfect, Customer Service is what makes for repeat customers. This is the first step in what I fear will be a long and expensive process,
