Contacted this company on Sunday 2/19 because I had a clogged sink and they were open. I was happy when they said they could get a plumber out that day and I made it a point to ask the representative how much the service would cost for a clogged drain. I was told it would be $99 which seems like a good deal right? ....Wrong, I would later find out that was a lie. I was called back a couple hours later and told I would need to reschedule due to no plumber available, so I did for the next day and since I was unavailable I gave my fiance's name and contact information and scheduled a time frame from 8am-11am Monday. Monday rolls around and I get a call from this place and they said they will be out around 1pm-3pm..what??? no, we work, so I told the lady, I scheduled this for the morning and gave my fiances information to contact. Well those notes never were put down, so she lady did not know or see any of that. She was nice and was able to expedite the request. The plumber shows up and fixes the drain, but the agreed upon $99 that I made a note to ask on turned into $300 bucks. The plumber said that the $99 was just the consultation fee, but the representative failed to mention any of this or I would have went elsewhere. The plumber then tried to see my fiance a new disposal saying our did not turn on?? (Well if it is not plugged in, it will not turn on). The cost for that would have been $700 not even including the cost for the clogged drain! This is highway robbery. He called me immediately and I said H$LL NO! I can buy a disposal and install it myself then pay that much. I just felt really taken advantage of with this company which is sad. If I was there, I would have turned them away as soon as he said the cost of the clogged drain. Be careful, they seem shady, especially with overpricing their services.

Had new heating an air put in a very tight fitting area. The installers were excellent worked quickly an installed the new unit. Very respectful of my space an time. Thank you guys very happy an I have heat an I’ll have air first time in years this summer. The salesman made purchasing easy an affordable. Highly recommend.

Our furnace went out and the guys at Bob Hamilton were at our place the next day to discuss replacements. Os and Byron were very knowledgeable, personable and just joys to work with. The technicians who installed the new unit, Rudy & Jairo, were excellent as well. They came in, got right to work & were done within 2 hours. They helped install and setup our Nest thermostat as well, which was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE THEM!! They just want your money, they have come out four times for one leak and are trying to charge us $4,000 for all the useless work they are doing. They are unintelligent, late, and disrespectful. I would be embarrassed to work for this company

Jose did my service well and efficient and seems to be very knowledgeable. Which is all that really matters. He came to replace my thermostat, I went with the nest. He even showed me how to use it. BUT when he quoted me the price I asked if it was minus the $89 whatever for them to come out. The lady on the phone said if I had anything done that $89 whatever would be credited back to me. He called me liar, well his exact words were “I’m not going to call you a liar because that’s not something I do”. I said well you basically just did. I didn’t think that was very professional, but other than that I have no complaints. I would use Jose again and would also recommend him to others. Anyway apparently that $89 whatever is what it cost for them to drive to your house.

I got an inaccurate and overpriced assessment of my broken heater and all I got was an $89 service fee-which I would like back.

1st issue-They gave me a window from 8-12 Saturday but even by 1pm they still had orders before me and I ended up having to reschedule. Okay, staffing is a challenge and it's a weekend so I can understand.

Main issue- When they finally did come I was told my circuit board and a couple of other parts had to be replaced and I was quoted over $2100. They did not even have the part on hand so even if I wanted to proceed I could not. The part they did have was a credit card reader so they could collect my $89 service fee. I am told I will get emailed a breakdown of what is needed so I could gather other quotes as $2k is a large expense for my household--it never came.

I ended up hiring another company who was able to fix my heater in about 20 minutes without replacing any circuit board and I was happy to pay $200 for this skill.

I'd love my $89 service fee back as I feel like I did not get an actual assessment given that another company seemed to have no problem fixing my heater. I would caution those considering hiring this company to get a second opinion if they tell you to make a major replacement.
