The service was great, but they need to DE-CLUTTER their survey. Sorry, this survey is a REAL BUMMER for a blind person using a screen reader becqause the labeling is THE PITS! Fix the labels and use some kind of standard Microsoft layout.

Mike was right on time and completed the annual check quickly. He also informed us of wear on a couple of items and repaired a leak that we had noticed recently. Very professional!

My service was done well, the technician was on time and knowledgable, and was willing to go the extra mile by doing a filter re-bed at my request, even though the test said I could wait a while longer. Thank you!

Service tech called and let me know that she would be early. Came in and spent 15 minutes and then told me what I needed. Paid a little to much if you ask me for that and well I will update when I get the other service.

Don is extremely knowledgeable about the job he does. He took care of the situation we were having promptly and made sure we were up and running before he left. Great guy.

We had our water softener serviced by American Home Services, and we were happy with the efficient and informative service we received.

7 years since our AC was installed. 7 years of breakdown after breakdown. No AC for over 3 weeks so far this year. Every year we get the run around. Avoid using them if you can.
