AHS replaces our reverse osmosis filters and services our water softener annually. Their postcard reminder (a year later) is very helpful. Staff is prompt, professional, friendly, & careful to complete tasks with thorough clean up afterwards. Followed all COVID safety protocols.

Had them come to my home for a free water testing. They said I’d receive a $20 gift card. No card was given. It took an hour of my time for a sales pitch.

The service was for annual maintenance on our kitchen sink drinking water system. The technician was quick and efficient, ceaned up and had the system back on line in no time at all.

Bad customer service. Never follow-up on questions or services promised. Never got money for referral and technician did not come check pH level after salesman found the level to be not what it was supposed to be. So not sure what we paid for and if we are even getting quality water.

Travis did a great job of checking out our Rainsoft water system. Preventive maintenance is necessary to keep the system performing at the optimal level. Great company that is easy to work with!

Got a postcard in the mail offering a $20 complimentary gift card but when I called the number, they hung up on me after I said I didn't want to get my water tested. Clarify on the postcard if the gift card comes with strings attached so I don't waste my time!

As a RAINSOFT Customer of 14 years, I can testify to the wonderfulness of the RAINSOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM. Water is the source of life and while we are blessed in our modern day to have water distributed to each and every home, business, and facility in the world FOR pennies on the dollar. We can not say the same for the quality of water delivered. The current water purification technology is toxic using chlorine, ammonia, and other harsh solvents to disinfect the water. However, it is cheap. So it is up to each individual family to protect themselves. You have the water and I recommended you get the RAINSOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM to protect your family. They are the ones to Sell and Service all RAINSOFT SYSTEM in the Greater Kansas City Area. Everyone in the office is great and offers wonderful, friendly, timely customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable of all the products specifications. I will say whether you need a new system installed or you have a current system needing relocated, AMERICAN HOME SERVICES will meet all your needs with the utmost professionalism. I am a true believer in the RAINSOFT System and I am a big fan of the AMERICAN HOME SERVICES team. Thank you AHS!
