Service was awesome. Rick came out on Friday night of the 4th of July weekend and had us back up and running in 30 minutes. No one else could get to us for 4 or 5 days. Could not beat the price!!!

Had to have a whiole new AC and heating unit put in Mike came out put it in was very professional and nice friendly even had to come out the next day to check on something for us took the time to explain things to us great person to work with.

We bought a house with two upstairs bedrooms that were always hot, even with window air conditioners. I was told about Cool Heat KC, reached out to them and the next day they had a solution for us. We were very impressed with their responsiveness as well as the quality of the job they did installing two mini-split units for us. The problem has been solved and we love the new units! We have since switched the maintenance of our house's other Central HVAC system to them and will continue to trust Cool Heat KC with all of our future HVAC needs.
