I called this company out for 2 days for different repairs. Mario, Dallam and Mike were extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue of our AC unit and promptly getting it fixed. Furthermore, they were extremely professional and took the time to explain in detail the issue in terms I could understand. I felt 100% confident having them work on our unit and would use them again. No overcharging like the larger corporations tend to do. HIGHLY recommended!

Temperature in my home was dropping with the weather outside and as much as I tried to figure it out I didn't know what to do. Reached out to Rick and he professionally walked me through my system, he advise how it worked, and that I was not using the heat pump with aux furnace correctly. I know this was me not being familiar with my system in a new home, but without his guidance it was going to be a long cold winter!!!! Thank you Rick for taking the time to listen and help!

My AC stopped working so I called around to a few places but all of them weren’t available until the next day. On the phone staff was nice, informed me of the costs for them to come out which was good to know. Cool heat KC does after hours and I was able to have someone at my place within 30 minutes. Zach found out the problem super quick, was friendly and helpful and got my ac back to working. Would definitely recommend this company.

Normally use a different service for my AC repairs and service but was told they couldn't be out for almost a week. When we called Coo. Heat KC we were told they could have someone her in about 45 minutes. I was impressed by this. When the technician showed up and did his diagnostic was informed what the repair needed to be. He explained to me the reason and also showed me that the system didn't look like it had been cleaned. The other company I had used were out about a month and a half prior to service and do another repair. I was pretty impressed by the technician, he called to see if they had the part on hand, they did. Another tech brought the part for the repair and in about an hour and a half the system was up and running.

Mario & Christina went out of their way to make my experience the best I've ever had in AC repair! Definitely do not call any other company. Use this company & you will get the quality work & fair pricing you need!

Our AC went tripped out last night and I didn't feel it until early morning today. Our previous AC guys weren't available for a weekend visit, but our home temp was up to 85 and super humid. With 4 kids in my home, I am so very grateful to have found this company with weekend options. MARIO showed up within about 30 mins after we scheduled an appointment. He was very kind and very quick to finding and fixing the solution. If we weren't moving out of town, we would continue to use their service. Highly recommend.

Great place and very amazing people. Local to basehor and you can purchase both furnace and AC so they come out during the seasonings you need.

We had our fan go out on our HVAC system on a hot summer day. Called them up and they had someone out onsite before another, much larger company was even able to call me back to attempt to schedule a visit.
The serviceman was able to diagnose the problem, get a part to partially fix the problem and get the system operating in a lower power state because they were waiting for another part to come in.

A few days later they had someone come out and fix it. Very professional and responsive. Would recommend.
