Rick and he's team are great. They installed a full ducted minisplit system for me plus a 2nd ductless minisplit in a new build. The building was designed to the passive house standard meaning exceptionally high performance. The system was fully engineered by a 3rd party which meant lots of custom work, special order parts, and a demanding client (that's me). I ended up spending a lot of hours with Rick and Zach. Not only are they knowledgeable professionals they are genuinely great guys and they care about doing things the right way. They'll be a partner on all my future projects.

The service techs showed up on time. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. They taught me all kinds of things about my HVAC system.
