Zach was sent out to investigate the problem with my A/C. He diagnosed the problem right away as a bad capacitor in my condensor unit. He quickly fixed the problem and added the additional R22 refrigerant that was needed. He was knowledgable and also took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He made me aware of the costs associated with the work performed.Overall it was a good experience with quality work at a fair price. Thanks again Zach.

Cool Heat KC is great! We hired them for regular maintenance and Rick came out personally and took time to answer all our questions as new homeowners. Also, our neighbor's AC went out one evening and I recommended Cool Heat KC and it was fixed by the following morning!

The blower motor had gone out on my six year old heil AC unit. Their technician tried to convince me to replace the whole system due to "you don't know what other problems there are". I insisted that he replace the fan and that's it. Fan was replaced and system seemed to work fine until noticing that he didn't put the air filter back in and there was water pouring out from inside the system. The condensate tube was dry as a bone. Not feeling very trustworthy of their tech that installed the blower I called another HVAC tech and he discovered that the condensate drain had been blocked in a way that looked intentional and water had been overflowing onto the circuit boards. He was amazed that it had not fried the system. I should have told the tech as soon as he tried to pressure sell me on a new AC system no thanks and called someone else.

Mario, and Dallam came and replaced the unit, they did an amazing job and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and let me know after what all they did. Thank you to the both of them for such a great job.

MARIO and Dallam installed our brand new central air unit, and furnace today. They both are very professional in what they do. I'm a retired commercial union carpenter, and have been around and talk to many HAVC people and these guys are up there with the best. I fully so much appreciate their skills and abilities.

Our next door neighbor recommended Rick when Mom's old air conditioner was lagging badly at the beginning of this summer, 2021. He bucked it up with refrigerant. He explained the cost and that this reboot might last a year or 2 before it would be time for a new AC using the current refrigerant type. We also discovered we were buying the wrong filters-were too heavy duty for a house with no pet hair to filtered-replaced them and put us on his replacement schedule.

Couldn't have been happier with our neighbor's recommendation-Rick is friendly, polite, good to talk to, explains everything and takes into account costs for his customers.

I can think of so many ways to compliment this company and team! They exhibited their knowledge every step of the way, were efficient in determining and resolving my needs, and made every effort to install a new unit as soon as possible. Even the office staff followed thru keeping me informed of their progress. I took a chance making the phone call to this (unknown to me) company, but will recommend them to anyone expecting great, and efficient service. In fact, “SERVICE” should be included in their logo!
