Lozier has been great to work with on my annual inspections of my heating and cooling systems. Tyler was on time and did a thorough job.

AC went out on a very hot Sunday. No one else was responsive but Loziers got us someone right away. Ben… their tech… was a great guy and did fast work. We were up and running a lot faster than I thought possible! Because of their responsiveness and employees like Ben… we’ll be using them again!

- Quick response
- Reasonable initial service fee
- Problem was correctly identified
Cons:
- Poor quality of work. The wiring loosened and the propeller began to touch the wires. I was lucky, it did not cut them. See the image.
- High price for parts. I paid for the electric motor about 3 times more comparing to amazon price. I understand it is same day service, but I think double price would be reasonable.
