Shawn H was amazing and helped us so much the night before the 4th of July!!! He was so wonderful and went and got parts for our AC!!! He went into a crawls space that is everyone’s nightmare!!! Shawn has been to my old house before and he’s always been top notch!!! Everyone at Loziers always is!!! We love you guys!!!

Kudos to Logan. We have an old system, which we are trying to make do until we decide on a replacement. Initially, I think it created a challenge, but Logan figured it out & we’re good to go. Great job & we’re very appreciative!

Contacted Lozier after being given a wait time by another company of nearly a week. The tech contacted me the same day and promptly scheduled and was able to diagnose and fix our unit within 24 hours of my first call.

Royce has handled our heating and AC service for nine years. He is on time, patient, listens closely and clearly explains the issue and what he is doing to correct it.

Royce is great! He was on time and friendly and performed the maintenance as needed. He is familiar with our equipment as he previously had to come out to troubleshoot and replace a Lennox smart thermostat after it had an issue under warranty
