Great company with superior customer service. This week when temperatures reached highs in the 90's our A/C stopped working. Dayton's sent a serviceman out that day and had my house cooling same day. Great service department and salesman don't push products when considering fix or replacement, they find solutions to make homeowners happy.

I've been utilizing Dayton for the last few years for my HVAC system's semi-annual maintenance. They have always been responsive and flexible in getting my visits scheduled.

Recently, my cooling stopped working on a warm summer day. I wasn't quite sure what was going on when I first called and whether the system was really completely down or just slow to cool. They walked me through a few checks and offered to put me down for a slot on their schedule the next day. I decided to check a few more things and determined that I was not getting any cooling. I called Dayton back and they were able to have a technician out in just a few hours (again on a hot and certainly busy day for them).

The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue, perform the repair, and test the system to determine whether it was performing as expected.

I highly recommend Dayton due to their responsiveness and the care they take for their customers.

The service technician was so honest and detailed about the work needed to fix the AC unit (over 20 yrs old) and gave us options that were well within our budget and timeframe. They also offered us cooling fans in the meantime until our new AC unit was ready in less than a week. Even when they were busy with the extreme hot temps outside they still responded to my emails quick. Great customer service. And my AC unit looks good!

The team from Dayton came out and replaced our water heater within 16 hours of it going down. They do high quality work making sure everything is in working order. In our case one faucet didn’t work, requiring a repair. The Dayton didn’t leave until the job was done. If you are wondering who to call for your HVAC or water heater replacement needs, I would highly recommend calling the Dayton team. They are professional, courteous, and on time. Every time we have worked with them, I get the feeling that they treat each visit like they are working on their own home.
