    Their sales representative, Nick, was great explained all of the options and associated costs. There was no hard sales tactics he said that it was up to us what system and options we wanted. The installation crew arrived on the date and time that we set up. Both were very respectful before, during, and after they installed the new furnace and AC. They cleaned up and made sure that we knew how to use the new smartphone compatible thermostat and assisted with setting up the wifi and phone app. I would highly recommend Dayton Heating and Cooling if you need repairs or a new HVAC system.

    Amazing Service from Ben and Mark. Couldn't have asked for a quicker fix from a professional crew. Dayton was in and out in less than two days, recreated a wooden box that was causing issues, and helped me properly size the right unit that would fit our house. We loved them so much we asked them to do another house of ours within a month, proactively. They were very clean, left the space cleaner than when they arrived, and were great with the kids around asking questions. THANK YOU DAYTON!!!

    5 stars are not enough to describe the work ethic of Mark and the group at Dayton. My first experience with Mark happened because one of his competitors couldn't fit me into their schedule when my air stopped working even though I had a service contract with them for 20+ years. I called Dayton and Mark was there within 2 hours. He assessed the problem and had it fixed shortly after. I have since had him back to fix a separate issue and I couldn't be happier. He is always professional and honest and has never tried to sell me something that isn't necessary. I encourage you to use Dayton and support local business.

    Mark, Ben and their team are fantastic. They completed a major overhaul of the hvac system in our 100 year old house and the results are simply amazing. From the very beginning they took time to listen, to assess, to recommend, and to provide a plan to change the climate in our home.

    Jesus, Jack, Andy, and Jason worked many days and many hours to ensure they exceeded expectations and completely changed our home. They answered all of our questions, showed us and our home respect, made friends with our pets, and cleaned up after each day. They covered even the smallest details; taking additional measures and time to cut plaster and doing it in pairs so they could keep things clean.

    We cannot express enough how pleased we are with Dayton Heating and Cooling and the work they have done on our house. We have already been recommending them to our friends and family. If you are looking for a reliable service, workers with integrity, and a finished result that will exceed your expectations, they are an easy choice.

    My AC unit needed replaced on a Sunday. Called them on a Tuesday after getting quotes from other companies and they were able to install on Wednesday. They were amazing! Even honored my request to meet my dogs so they wouldn’t freak out and bark while I am WFH. Dogs loved them so much they hung out with them most of the install. Fast, reliable, and gave us a great price for such short notice. 10/10 recommend!

    We have had trouble since we built our house over 8 years ago finding a heating and cooling company that would do a thorough inspection and maintenance of our geothermal system. When our basement in-floor heat quit working, we had an even harder time finding a company willing to fix it. We contacted a large company in the area and they told us to call Dayton. That says a lot about a small company when a big one refers to them! When they came out to fix the in-floor heat we asked about a maintenance agreement. As we were thinking about it, 2 days later, our A/C quit cooling. We called and they came out very quickly and found it to be as simple as the drain tube being plugged. They told us that is part of their standard inspection. SOLD! We told them to go ahead with the inspection and we could not believe how thorough they were. Never has anyone else put a meter on the water system for our geothermal to check pressures. No one has even touched that part of it since it was installed! These are some really great guys who love what they do and genuinely care about their quality of work and customers. They have my highest regard and recommendation!

    Dayton Heating and Air Conditioning is a company that I can highly recommend. Their promptness in scheduling service is unsurpassed and is greatly appreciated. Their service technicians, Mark and Ben, exude outstanding competence and professionalism in their work and are very personable. It is not often that I have received such great service.

    I cannot say enough about how great the service is at Dayton! I would definitely recommend them for any heating & cooling needs. We smelled burning in our house and our thermostat was not detecting power, so we called a few different places to see if anyone could come take a look at it. Of course it was a holiday weekend (and the coldest weekend of the year), so the only company that was able to come that day was Dayton. We had no prior experience with any heating & cooling company around. Ben was so friendly, helpful, and prompt! He arrived when he said he would and even stayed with us for 30-45 minutes after fixing the issue to make sure it kept working. Unfortunately, it stopped working again later in the night and Ben quickly responded and came back over for no extra charge. He ended up having to put a new motor in, which (through no fault of his own) ended up being a faulty motor. At this point it was 1 o'clock in the morning so he ran to his shop and grabbed us 4 space heaters (we had company staying, of course) and apologized for the problems. He came back first thing in the morning with a new motor and had it up and running in no time! It is great that they have space heaters to offer people in the case that something cannot be fixed in time. Despite the issues that arose, the service was amazing! They really seem to care about people and about repairing issues as quickly as possible and with as little cost as possible. They were very honest and their pricing was great too as we were not charged for any extra trips made to our house or the extra time caused by the faulty motor. They even offered to refund part of the cost to put towards a new furnace if we decide to do that in the near future (our furnace is 30 years old!). Thank you for your wonderful service and fair pricing! Will definitely be using Dayton again someday.
