Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a rather complex issue with our furnace, and Dayton provided phenomenal service. They were able to recommend several solutions, and they were able to explain in a way that left us feeling like we had the right information to make the best decision for our home. I’ve rarely experienced this level of service from any company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

We just did a complete HVAC install in our new home. We worked with Mark, the new owner of Dayton, and were nothing but impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was very prompt and helpful from design to install. He went above and beyond our expectations in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Mark for any heating and cooling services.

Exceptional service with their service contract. Our furnace broke down. Dayton loaned us three space heaters that evening and replaced our furnace the next day. Also installed a return vent. Very professional, experienced techs, incredibly thorough with installation and service.

I am very happy with the service I received from Scott and Ben. I had another company come and assess the problem with my furnace. The technician quickly told me that I would need a new furnace after providing a temporary fix. I called Dayton and they provided me with a free second opinion. Scott and Ben were very dedicated to solving the problem. They came to my house multiple times and true to their word, only charged me for the replacement part when they found the problem.

I highly recommend Dayton for their honest and straightforward assessment and ability to fix the problem with my furnace. They would rather earn a customer than sell them a furnace they don’t yet need.

We've used Dayton for about 10 years and have been very happy with their service. Oscar came out today to clean and check our heat pump - on time and did a very professional job. Mark also stopped by to look at the possibility of heating our garage and had some great ideas. Highly recommended!

Dayton Heating and Air conditioning is top notch! United Heating and air conditioning came out to service my air conditioning and told me I need a new fan. I called Dayton for a second opinion and they came out immediately. They said I didn't need a new fan but the air conditioner needed a good cleaning. So Oscar came out and cleaned the air conditioner. They took the panels off and cleaned the coils. The air conditioner had so much dirt on it that after Oscar got done cleaning it the air conditioner literally changed colors. Very sad the United had been servicing my air conditioner for years and it was that dirty. I will use Dayton again. They were very responsive, courteous and thorough. Thanks Dayton and Oscar!

Selected Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my 21 year-old 80% efficient Tempstar furnace, with a new Trane 96% high efficiency unit with a whole-house humidifier. Obtained a quote after hearing good things from two friends who had used them previously.

Nick came out and gave me very detailed replacement information and a quote for replacement at a reasonable price. He informed me what they could offer with no pressure to make a decision. Once selected he remained in touch through text up to, and after installation.

Installation crew showed up on 12/5/21 and started by laying plastic down on the floors. Both of their installation guys wore booties and masks the entire time. Crew consulted with me on my expectations, and clearly communicated what they were going to do. Installation was done to very high standards. Very happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the crew and the work they did. Being a DIY'er I often feel like I need to look over my shoulder and make sure things are being done right. Was not the case with Dayton!

January 15th, 2021 had the city inspector come and approve the install. He made the comment "Wow, this was a really good looking install". Felt good to know I selected a contractor who took pride in the quality of their work, and took the time to inform me about every step in the process. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a heating & cooling company.
