Dayton is great, they worked on our Panora Home and commercial building. They do very good work. I would recommend these guys all day long. The even gave a good quote for our fireplace work.

When it came time to replace our HVAC system, I shopped around and got several bids. Not only was Dayton the best bid, they were not pushy in choosing the equipment, and finally they went the extra mile to come back out and make sure we could install the equipment in the space we had. Other companies were quick to take the easy way out, which would have involved drywall work or worse. When it came to install day they were able to fit us in quickly, and they were very professional on site and gave great care to ensure the house was kept clean and undamaged during the install. Finally, the install was exceptionally neat and tidy, and was backed up by the city inspector who also commented on how good it looked.

We have been a customer of Dayton Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. We recently had a new air conditioner installed. Ben took the time to come over to our house and find out what our cooling needs were. He looked in our attic, used a software program that showed us exactly what model of air conditioner would help us most and installed a wireless sensor in our upstairs bedroom to additional meet our cooling needs. The staff was very professional, prompt and clean when installing our air conditioner. Ben has since taken the time to follow up with us to inquire if we are satisfied. We would highly recommend Dayton Heating and Air Conditioning!!!

Our furnace stopped working yesterday and it was pretty cold. I called Dayton Heating and AC after searching Google for repair companies based on their location and good reviews. I am extremely glad I came upon them. The service person was at my door in under 2 hours, even with it being a Friday afternoon when I called. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem easily. He was great at telling me what he was doing, explaining what he was checking and the results of each thing checked. He educated me on how the furnace operates as he was going about his work to get it running. Price was what I would have expected and the service was superb. I am glad that I found Dayton Heating and will be using them exclusively from now on as well as telling all my local friends to use them. Thanks for the great service and for getting us toasty warm again!

After 20 years my geothermal furnace was slowly losing its ability to keep my house warm and cool. It was during a very cold snap and the house wasn't warming to a comfortable level. I researched several different companies customer reviews and the one with the most positive comments was Dayton Heating and Air Conditioning. I called Dayton's and Mark and Ben came out very timely to see what the problem was. They diagnosed the problem and clearly explained my short and long term options. Long story short we agreed that a new furnace would be the best solution. They completed a temporary fix to get me by until they could install the new furnace. In the meantime they sent me an estimate and info on the tax credit available to me for the new unit. When the new furnace came in they scheduled an install date and showed up on schedule. They arrived early in the morning and removed the old geo unit and installed the new one and were done in the afternoon. They cleaned up, went over the features of the furnace and new thermostat and were on their way. Their total bill was almost exactly what their estimate was.
They were very honest, fair, timely and showed they really cared about their customer throughout the entire process. Thus another happy customer and another positive review. A one of a kind customer centric company.

For many years I have relied on Dayton for all of my HVAC requirements, both for new equipment and for annual maintenance. They are wonderful to work with – very friendly, very responsive, and very timely! – plus offer top tier, reasonably priced equipment They just completed installation of a replacement AC system and were willing to take the time to work with me on the purchase of a high efficiency system that best fit my needs. The installation crew was fantastic – they arrived right at the promised time and completed the work quickly with professional competence and minimal disruption. When they finished, they cleaned the work area, took time to explain the new equipment and made sure everything was properly operational. Without reservation, I highly recommend them to everyone in need of any type of HVAC services.

We have purchased two systems from Dayton. One for a rental and one for our own home. In each case the service techs showed up when they said they would and even arrived early. The techs where professional and got right to work. In each case the tech had the jobs done ahead of the estimated time. We had questions about one of the digital thermostats and one of the guys walked us through it and even called back to verify that it was working correctly. My wife has owned a number of businesses and we know if we are buying blue sky and Dayton gives you a service that you pay for that's why they received five stars.

Dayton installed my furnace and AC 2 years ago. The crew was professional and efficient. I had my first service this year and have to say, it was the most complete AC/furnace check-up I have ever had. Was concerned when the original owner passed, however, I need not have been. the new management seems to be just as efficient and customer friendly as Mr Dayton was.
