I had an excellent experience with Brandt Heating and Air! They were very responsive and helped trouble shoot an issue with how my house was built. I’m very impressed and will use them for all my future needs!

I have to agree with the earlier post about this company being less than courteous, and I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work either. First, I scheduled a routine cleaning for my furnace and AC but when the tech got there his work order was just for AC and if I wanted the furnace also done I'd have to pay for OT since he was already running long for the day. I told him just to do the AC and the next day, which happened to be about 100 degrees, suddenly the AC was not keeping up - which had never happened before. I called the tech directly and he said there was nothing he could do and to call the office. I called the office and she said “it's not that I don't care, BUT we have other customers whose AC isn't working at all". So I started looking at the AC and found the filter to be so dirty that it was actually being sucked into fan. Shame on me for letting it go so long, but shame on them for not doing anything about it while they were 'servicing' the AC. I changed the filter and the AC started working better.

Very disappointed in this business after working with them for years, beginning with my little Moffit on Highland Ave. They recently came out to fix my air conditioner. I paid over $200 for the repair, which didn't last even a month. When I called them to come out again to fix the un-repaired problem, they re-charged me even more than the original amount. No apology, nothing. My preference is to always hire locally, but I will never hire Brandt again.

service. I have an old HVAC system and contrary to my fear, no upsell pressure to replace it. It's not super efficient, but what it lacks in efficiency it makes up for in reliability.

I called them and told them I didn't have heat. The lady said she would try to get someone to come and check on the problem. She was every polite. One of their work men show up in 20 mins or less. It only took a few mins to see the problem and he fix it and he was on his way. He was a polite and courteous man. Thank you for taking good care of me.
