Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning

In October we had our fireplace converted to gas. Darcy initially came out November of 2021 to assess, measure and give us a quote for the job. We had to cancel our plans at that time, but in early October we contacted her again to let her know we were ready to pursue the conversion. She still had all of her notes from the previous assessment, so all we had to do was verify everything, and she ordered our insert. She was informative and coordinated everything for the installation. The installation crew showed up on time, and worked diligently. They cleaned up after the work was completed. When the work was completed, a great deal of time was spent educating us on how to use the remote. We were extremely impressed from start to finish, and highly recommend Brandt’s to others!

Brandt is a fantastic company to work with and has a great reputation. They are knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Shout out to Jackie for being so kind every time I reach out with questions or needing service. Can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased a mini split from Brandt and had them install it. I was very happy with their service. They were timely and efficient and fair in their price. Very easy to deal with and a good experience all around.

The service staff-Jon Larsen, and his assistant were very friendly and efficient. Answered all of our questions. Brandt had sent a text message prior to Jon’s Is it which had a picture of Jon and a little bit about his training and education. That was helpful to get that prior to his visit.

Service person was not very experienced with this old furnace. He didn’t clean it out to prevent the limit switch of detection of overheating, instead he replaced the limit switch. This may cause a dangerous situation. He also reported incorrectly that we didn’t want him to clean it due to probably just buy a new one. We did not say that.

Superb expertise and workmanship. I have been using Brandt in my home since 1995, the expertise and work is always outstanding. This past August they replaced my lower level furnace and AC. Bill Brandt gave me detailed info about the unit as well as the added humidifier and air purifier. The crew showed up as promised and took great care installing the complex combo. They left the place immaculately clean. Everything works perfectly and as promised and looks so solidly installed and professional. I cannot imagine better units and service. I would never use in my house any other company but Brandt for any new installation, repair and service. I very highly recommend them. And they are so friendly and nice to boot!!!

These guys saved our bacon! Our furnace was blowing air but not heat. The first place we called (Comfort Solutions) told us our only option was to get a new furnace ($4,000). We called Brandt for a second opinion and are SO GRATEFUL we did. Their amazing technician Jose Bautista did a very thorough investigation and found the real culprit: a blocked air intake duct thanks to my kid dropping rocks into it from outside. He cleared it, and our furnace has been working like a champ ever since. Jose's determination and know-how saved us $4 grand! Will definitely go with these guys in the future.

A very good experience all around. Rory arrived right on time and within 10 minutes troubleshot and identified the problem and made the repairs quickly. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Brandt to anyone. I know they will be the ones I will call if I have any future concerns with my heating and air conditioning system.

We’ve used Brandt for service for years since that was the sticker on our furnace when we moved in, but this was our first installation.

We had them install a new mini split heat pump (ac and heat) upstairs and it’s like getting a new house; our bedroom is no longer hot all day and I’m excited to see our cost savings from the fact we aren’t running our main AC constantly.

The installers did a good job and were professional. We were surprised when someone else showed up after the installers left, but he checked their work and was extremely knowledge and answered all our questions well.
