My furnace broke down and initially I called Davis heating and air, the technician they sent, lied to me trying to up sell me to a new furnace install, so I called Brandt heating as a second opinion. The technician who came was very skilled and found the real issue with my furnace and fixed it very quickly and for a fraction of the price Davis was asking for. I strongly respect Brandt's ethical treatment of the issue not trying to take me through a loop. Further the technician explained to me what he was doing and how to tell what the problem was so I knew he was being honest. In addition to Brandt’s higher ethical standards the technician repaired the furnace well and for a very decent price. All in all I will definitely call Brandt again for any future work needed.

Very poor experience. They were working on our furnace while I was gone at work. Came home to the smell of gas. Fire department came and evacuated our neighbors while they fixed the leak that the Brandts worker left. We also asked to come and fix our AC but they never looked at it either. We called the next day and their staff were extremely rude and standoffish. We got an invoice 12 days later for $150

Our heater stopped working in the coldest part of winter. Brandt came out quickly, but as soon as he saw that we have a Nest, he told us all he could do was take it off and replace it with a regular thermostat. Charged us $150 to tell us that. We Googled, found out it was a common problem with older homes and Nest wiring, and were able to do a temporary fix ourselves. As a professional, we’d expected him to at least do some troubleshooting, but because he didn't like our thermostat we got nothing but a big bill.

They responded very quickly, I called at 8 o’clock with no working furnace and they were here by 11:30. The Technician very knowledgeable, took care of the problem very quickly. He was a very nice young man to deal with.
