Very dependable and friendly people. I have had furnace trouble twice in 30 years. Ironically both on Christmas Day and both when it was extremely COLD. Both times Brandt came to the rescue. This most recent time, yesterday we were out of town and TJ Brandt came out because all of his service people were tied up and it was 49 degrees in our home.
