Always a great experience! We found Modern when we needed a complete unit replacement of our furnace and A/C 2 years ago. Other companies gave us quotes over the phone without even looking at our home. Modern sent out a professional to take measurements and figure out the exact unit to fit our needs without overselling. We’ve utilized them for seasonal maintenance, and their techs are always professional and helpful!
