This company really saved me. After having more than a few other local companies either not show up for an appointment or cancel Modern Heating and Air came through. They had someone ready to be there before I could get to the property and worked with me to have someone in the area when I was able to be there. The work was quick and efficient. Jordan did an excellent job. It is never great to have to call an HVAC professional, but Modern Heating & Air will be my first call from now on!

Modern was quick to come to our home when we contacted them about an AC repair and were very professional during the repair. They gave us multiple options and did not upsell us about items that did not require repair. It was a great experience and we'll definitely contact them on future HVAC needs!

I called for service on our air conditioner and a technician came within 2 hours. Trevor N. quickly diagnosed our problem, explained how he would fix our unit, and answered all of our questions.

I had a mini split put in my garage for a golf simulator and the experience was super smooth from quote to install. Jake listened to my request, gave some advice, and got the best bang for the buck. Aaron came out for the install and got the job done professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Technician Jordan P. was here today for the first check up after the furnace / A/C system installation last October. We love the Daikin system and the service we get from Modern. Jordan helped us get the Daikin app working and instructed us about air filters. Very helpful.

We were experiencing a leak from our heating system and Modern came out same day to do a diagnosis. Dan explained the issue was caused from a lack of maintenance and quickly fixed the issue, while explaining everything he was doing. I cannot recommend them enough for all of your HVAC needs. We will be using them for all of our general maintenance going forward.

Modern Heating and Air was contracted through my home warranty service to repair my furnace. They were out within hours of filing my claim with my warranty company. They were very communicative and thorough in getting my furnace back up and running.

Found this company via an internet search after the company I had used for over 15 years told me again that they had to cancel my appointment (that had been made 6 weeks prior) due to other commitments. Read the reviews for Modern and called for an appointment. The person answering was very professional, determined what I was needing and set up an appointment for the following week while further explaining what the service tech already had scheduled for that day, thus giving me a heads up to a possible delayed arrival. As it turned out, Jordan P. , the service tech arrived with only a minimal delay and the company did alert me via text that he was on his way. He also was very professional, immediately going to work performing the service inspection of our furnace unit and humidifier. As he conducted the inspection, he explained what he was doing, finding and recommending. He also continually asked if I had any questions during the process. That, to me, is a very important step in customer satisfaction quite often forgotten by other techs. Upon completion, he emailed the billing invoice and a copy of the inspection results complete with pictures(something no other company has ever provided). Overall, I’d say I’m completely satisfied with Modern Heating and Air and its employees and will be recommending them to others.
Update to my previous review. Modern called me to set up our AC system check (amazing, I didn’t have to call them). Once again, Jordan came out on the date and time set up. He checked out the complete HVAC system including the thermostat and explained everything to me as he was doing the inspection, always asking if I had any questions. Folks, you really need to check out what Modern does compared to your current HVAC service provider. I think you’ll be much more satisfied.

While I was shopping for an HVAC system in June 2023 Modern Heating & Air (MHA) was one of several companies I solicited estimates from. I found Corbin Miller at MHA to be very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Even though I did not end up using MHA for my HVAC needs (because I opted for a system that MHA is not a dealer of), Corbin left a positive impression on me.
