My tech was so polite and informed me of repair. Modern worked me in when temp was-20 degrees outside and got my furnace working. Would use you again great customer service.

Trevor with Modern Heating and Air performed maintenance to our furnace, replaced a pad on our humidifier, and replaced the cell in our REME Halo unit. He came to our house on time in inclement weather, and everything was clean/neat upon completion. I am pleased with the professional service!

Jake was very helpful to a customer my company is doing work for. The owner had another company out twice and they told him that it would cut air flow down to much to move the lines. Jake was able to put together a plan that would actually create more air flow helping the customer. This shows the difference in someone that is there to help the customer opposed to someone that is looking for the big pay out jobs. Would definitely recommend and will recommend in the future.

They sent a text before arrival to prepare for appointment, they arrived on time, they were courteous and professional. Put shoe protector on and took off every time they went in and out during the installation process. They put down clean tarps to protect my floors and carpet. They carefully removed my old HVAC units and brought in the new without any damage to my home. (They were very careful and meticulous ! )
The job took 8 hours and there were zero issues! They even took time to show us how they installed everything and verify we understood how the new system worked. They took time to walk us through the thermostat we purchased separately to ensure it all worked properly.
We are beyond satisfied because they went above and beyond our expectations! The house instantly felt so much better. Our salesman Silas Hoeppener was exceptional at providing options that fit our needs and we selected the one that fit our budget. While they were here I referred a friend because of how impressed I was. Thank you Modern!
