I had a fantastic experience today with Lazer and their technician, Eric, who found and fixed the electrical issue at my home. I wasn't sure if the problem was with the wiring or at my oven, but when Eric showed up (right on time!), he listened to what happened and was thorough in checking out everything that could have been the issue before making a recommendation based on his findings. He gave me different options for moving forward and then shared his recommendation for the first step, which did fix the issue. Eric was very professional and friendly and great to work, and the staff in the office was wonderful too, keeping in contact with me to get someone out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Lazer for any electrical service needed!

I want to add my electrical service review (above, from December 2016) as I had a plumbing repair need last week (May 2017). Jake was out at my house soon after the customer service representative called to say that he was on his way. The leak that had started from the tank on the toilet did not restart once I turned the water back on to the tank, but once I explained where the issue was, Jake quickly and thoroughly explained what he thought the issue could be and gave me different estimates for different levels of repair. We took the conservative route that there was an issue with a seal and as soon as he took the seal out, we could clearly see where it was not set right and was causing the occasional leak. Once that issue was tackled, Jake also checked out a different plumbing issue that was not planned for, gave me different options and stayed to fix and replace this unexpected issue so that I didn't have to be at my house two different days with different service calls. Great customer service and friendly experts who explain an array of different options make working with Lazer (for electrical and now plumbing) an easy and positive decision.

Adding to my reviews. Mike came out in early May 2023 to do an A/C check on my 15-year-old air conditioner. I received great communication from the office staff as to when Mike would arrive. Once Mike arrived, he performed a thorough check of the inside system and the outdoor unit. He was very friendly and professional and explained things well so I understood where things stood with my aging units. He replaced one part to keep things in good shape for this summer and took care to also check all the wires carefully, fixing a slightly loose connection. Then we discussed my options going forward and what I should consider as it gets to be time to replace elements of the HVAC system.

I cannot recommend Lazer enough! Every service tech who has visited my house for repairs or maintenance has been great and thorough, explaining what they find and any options I have to consider improvements or necessary repairs. They are a fantastic company to work with.

Installation of new furnace & air conditioner went well. Guys worked well together. They were considerate of my spooky little dog who was distressed by the commotion.

We are brand new homeowners of an old home, and knew that we needed to have our 16 year old furnaces (two of them!!) serviced immediately, as the last recorded maintenance was quite a few years ago. Lazer Home Services responded before any other companies in the area, and I was able to make an appointment ASAP.

Our technician, Keaton, was efficient and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions about our situation. He made recommendations based on his own expertise (such as considering installing a humidifier for dry Midwest winters and how often we should be changing out our air filters), and was friendly and personable on top of everything else!

We couldn't be any more satisfied with the quality of service we received, at a very competitive price, in and out in less than an hour. Thank you, Keaton, for representing Lazer Home Services so well :)

Mike was professional, timely and informative. He performed the yearly air conditioning maintenance check when you have the home care club. I will definitely use this company going forward for all of my electric, plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Even the ladies that call and schedule the appointments are very friendly. An all around great company, with outstanding customer service!

Dave did a great job for us and Lazer was able to get someone out to us quickly on two recent calls.
