Free quote to run the gas line to our grill the same day I called. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly! Very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. The service was completed the following day.

The electricity in my living room and bedroom went out. I called laser and they sent a person out within 2 hours to fix the issue. I'm very happy with their service they're very nice and reasonable. I will definitely call them agaif I have issues

Bob, Conner, and Joe were fantastic!! Our hot water heater stopped working and needed replaced; we had hot water the same day!! Everyone was very friendly and were great with our dog as well. Once the installation was done Bob took the time to explain what everything on the heater does and any mess that was made was cleaned up. Will definitely call again for any future issues that we have!!

Bob was extremely helpful when my wife wanted a new light fixture in our kitchen. I was able to get a quick response time, and the light was installed without a glitch! My wife loves it! Highly recommend Bob and his company for all electrical needs!

Beware of rip off prices and make sure to get estimates from other individual contractors. I had Lazer out for an inspection on my A/C as I signed up for their loyalty program that included inspections. They said my A/C required a new part that would be over $250. So I called my dad who is a retired HVAC business owner and he sent me the YouTube vid on how to unscrew the plate, unplug the part and replace it myself for $20.
I had them back out today to tell me if I had any old wiring which you could see in the exposed ceilings. I also had a plumber out to write an email to my insurance stating I don't have to leaky plumbing. I was quoted $119 for one tech and additional $19 for the second. The advertised price on their website says $49 so questioned why I was quoted $119 and she said it's because it's a rental property. Why on Earth would that make a difference other than price gouging a small business owner? After the service visit, they said I owed $189 plus $19 for the second tech. I argued that I was quoted $119 plus $19 and I wasn't going to pay over $200 for a service call when no actual fixing of anything occurred. The tech called me back and said the "boss didn't want to argue over $70 so he'd discount it" for me. Eh? Sounds like you tried to squeeze me for even more and tried to make me feel like I won by discounting it to the original price. After these two experiences, I don't trust Lazer not to try to rip me off.

Wayne was very thorough and professional. He did a full inspection and gave me different options to consider for the cost going out of his way to make it affordable. It was a pleasure working with him.

Fantastic and prompt service! Woke up with a water heater issue and contacted Lazer on their website. Within an hour they had called me and scheduled a same day service. Their technician Jerry showed up on time and walked me through all of my options and answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who could use their services.

I called around to a few places and they were first to answer and helped get me scheduled the quickest. They came prepared to fix or replace my garbage disposal and worked with me while using my home warranty! They guys were very friendly and did quality work at a quick pace.
