Summary: VERY expensive, not educational, band-aid solution.

We had a bathroom sink back-up this week. We were able to get an appointment next day with Lazer which was nice and the booking staff were awesome. However, our experience was less than ideal. We had texted a photo of the tee that we were informed by a sewer company needed replacing ahead of the appointment so they knew what they were walking into and tore out the vanity ahead of time. We were told the guy we were going to be working with was very knowledgeable on this type of issue.

On site he saw the issue, said replacing the tee was impossible because it connects to the roof vent (we had another plumber tell us today that was not true). We were charged $320 for him to spend 30 minutes at our house, saw-zaw once through cast iron and add about a 3'-0" length of PVC. He didn't even cap the PVC so when he left we had to do that to not have sewer gases into a our house and clean up the debris he left.

After he cut the pipe he found it was filled with rust and thought it was acceptable to put the PVC onto the cast iron with only a 1/4" hole running through. We pushed back on that and he worked on it for a bit but never showed us the end result and just took money and left.

In hindsight - we should have said no after the quote and paid the trip charge and had been done. We learned a valuable lesson to never call Lazer again.

Bryan was very professional, very polite and very respectful of our property. Jerry and Bryan removed both our old furnace and air conditioner and installed new systems. They worked well together and everything was cleaned up. We have done business before with Jerry and had requested him on this job. We very much trust him and his knowledge in this line of business. Thank you Jerry!!

Bobbie did a great safety inspection on the whole house electrical system. It’s our first home and we wanted to ensure the system was safe. He found ungrounded outlets and replaced those for us. He also replaced the old bathroom fan with a nice quiet one and made sure it was venting correctly.

I've had Lazer home services come out a few times for various repairs and they've always been great! Professional, explains the issue well, and always get it fixed right the first time! I also appreciate that their membership offers a few perks that really pay off!
