Mike was fast in finding the problem and promptly fixed it. He explained a lot about the operation of the furnace which I liked. Mike is excellent with customers as well as with furnaces! Mike should get a raise!

We experienced a cold snap which froze our water pipes in our guest bedroom bath which completely flooded the entire room. I called LAZER and they sent Bob to my home to perform an assessment. He quickly determined the cause and presented repair options. He returned the following day and pressure tested the water pipes to determine the next repair steps. I was impressed by his professionalism and sense of urgency! I will refer LAZER to anyone needing home repairs or maintenance. Completely satisfied and grateful to have called LAZER first.

Installed a replacement water softener. Joe and Preston were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They clearly communicated with us on our situation and alternatives. Would definitely use them again

The person that answers the phone is very good. The tech that came out did a good job and knew his stuff. Prices are ridiculously high. I did not move forward and feel for the people that don’t know that the prices are so incredibly inflated.

We had Lazer come to our home to inspect the wiring where the service power come through the roof to the meter. The utility company does not do this repair. Because the insulation on one of the wires was old and some missing, we wanted to have these wires REPAIRED OR REPLACED!!!! They said we would have to have the whole electrical system in our home upgraded to meet the new city code. We only wanted it REPAIRED. They did not want to repair the the wire, only to upgrade the system. They quoted a cost of $12,000 to $15,000 for what we wanted repaired. So we said no and two hours later, we had a visit from MID-AMERICA power company, because called the utility company. We talked to the utility company tech about what had happened with Lazer. He understood, and graciously went up on the roof an wrapped the wire with heavy industrial electrical tape. He said that the tape should last for another twenty years. We thanked him for his time. He said that he had to report back to his supervisor what he had done, and found out about why Lazer had called. We were not having any electrical problems in our home, so why did Lazer call our utility company? Are they trying to drum up business.? As I say again, WE ONLY WANTED IT REPAIRED, not upgrade. They sighted us the upgraded city code. THE CITY CODE IS ONLY IF YOU UPGRADING YOUR ELECTIRCAL, NOT REPAIRING IT. Do not do business with this company!!!!!
