I interacted with 5 people to replace and upgrade (from 40 gallons to 50) a water heater. From the first phone call to installation, the team (Abby, Joe, Zack, Bob, and Connor) was consistently professional and informative.
Took less than 24 hours from initial call to replacement.
I believe the value to be good, and I hope this new water heater lasts at least 15 years.

Just got my AC and Furnace replaced today. They were on time, professional and did great work. With the weather getting warmer out, I would definitely recommend Lazer to anyone needing service!

I had outlets installed in my garage for a new deep freeze and additional plug ins. Chance was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable, provided a quote and answered all my questions. After requesting an appointment online he was here the next day for the quote and only a few days later to complete the work. I did have a defective outlet, but as soon as a problem was identified he was here fixing it. Definitely recommend and will be using Lazer for any future needs.

Wayne is a real professional and showed his expertise/experience in the plumbing field. He was able to detect the issue and provided education on how to fix the current issue and provide maintenance in the future. He provided the cost upfront prior to going any work. I would not hesitate to have Wayne and other staff work on any plumping, electrical, cooling, and heating needs.

Very overpriced. They seem like a very reputable company with great staff and experience, but are expensive. I wanted to get a couple estimates on a project I'm needing done and they were the most expensive bid. I have no problem with that other than the fact they charged me $70 to just get the bid in the first place. I went through 4 different companies to get an estimate and they were the only one that charged me for coming out to get a quote. Go to on-time professionals if you want the same service and half the price.

I know I probably got lucky, but it was all of 45 minutes from the time I called until the time my A/C was back up and running. Mike even took the time to show me how everything works and what to watch for in the future. Happy customer!

Arturo was incredibly professional and informative. We were told by 3 companies that our basement leak was due to a roofing issue…..over the phone!! Arturo checked every single possible avenue that could be causing our basement to continue pouring water from the ceiling! He found the issue, gave us our options for repair, and fixed the problem! Very unhappy. I shut off my water to replace the valve in my shower and realizd it was more dificult than I anticipated. I had Lazer come over and they gave me a quote for $450 which is obsured for a simple valve replacement (they knew I was in a vulnerable position). I obiosuly declined the quote since I can barely afford it. They then charged me $180. I expained my frustration for paying $180 for an over priced quote. They said that is what I need to pay otherwise I wont have my water turned on. I hate leaving bad reviews but this just gets my blood boiling. Hopefully taking advantage of someone is a tough spot with no water to make $180 was worth the 1-star review...

We needed 2 new outlets installed in our home and I called Lazer Electric and they came out same day to get them installed for us. Chance gave us several quotes right away (included being a member or non member pricing) He did a great job, cleaned up his mess and was done pretty quickly. This was my first time using Lazer and would use them again.
