I talked to Michelle in the office, it was cold out and noticed my heat was not working, she had Ben come out and he said I had a dirty flame sensor that caused it not to heat. He had it fixed quickly and my heat is running again!! Very friendly helpful and FAST service!! They are the BEST!!

These guys did a great job getting a new AC installed when we were in a bind. Very knowledgeable and straight forward about our options. Explained the situation in an easy to understand manner and made the decision process very simple. Cannot say I was treated the same by other HVAC companies. I will recommend and use Roberts going forward.

Don't bother calling any other HVAC company. There are very few businesses left that have integrity, great value and service. We have used multiple Des Moines companies. All of them are over priced and sales oriented. Roberts just installed our complete HVAC system. Installers Andy and Marcus were amazing. You should see how they organize their tools!
They left the area cleaner then when they arrived. Done...never using another HVAC company again! Thank you so much!

We recently had our whole HVAC system replaced in the house we moved to, so this is my second experience replacing an HVAC system. I was very happy with Robert’s service and price. They are professional and do quality work and leave the house as clean as when they arrived. They had the whole system replaced and operational before the end of the work day. They are also very responsive to questions.

We had three companies come out to bid for the project and I was most pleased with Robert’s. They are a trustworthy company that will sell what you need at a competitive price, and will not up sell to pad their profits.

This company conducts business the right way. They are courteous, respectful, take the time to explain what repairs they will be doing, how and most importantly why. I was able to get in touch with the owner immediately who promptly gave me a quote with 24 hours. We then had the men out to fix my issues in the very next business day. Wow! Highly recommend using these guys for your heating and plumbing needs.

We had a house fire back in May & over the course of 7 months our home had to be stripped down to the studs & everything replaced. We were very fortunate to have had Roberts company as our plumbing/heating/air conditioning contractor. Their work was perfect and provided great attention to detail. While everyone we encountered was professional, the guy that stood out the most was Chad. His demeanor was such that we truly consider him a friend. Very rare to consider a contractor a friend but we really enjoyed having him here. The fire was a devastating event & Chad put us at great ease. Thank you to Andy & the Crew from Roberts for work well done & for employing Chad. Great people!

If you are looking for someone to treat you like family and give it to you straight, these are your people!
It had been recommended by another local company to replace our furnace because the needed repair would be $1400-1500. Andy showed up, made a call to find the part (and it was clear he had a solid relationship with the company providing the part), and provided a quote for significantly less. We later found out this competitor paid their service people sales commission so it was very advantageous for him to inflate the repair price to make a new unit sale.
The next day Cory fixed us right up. And here is where is gets good! The door handle heading into the room with the furnace was loose. Cory just fixed it. How is that for amazing service and treating their customers like family.
We will never call another heating/cooling company again!

Roberts is the best at what they do! Have known Andy, Alex for a long time and have had them help me out many times. Recently a bathroom remodel and untimely hot water heater as well as fixed my furnace this last fall! Forget the rest go with the best call Roberts!!! Called them Monday this week they were here today and done!

Hey I just wanted to send you a quick note to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. It is a night and day difference from when our bathroom journey began= ). Alex and his crew (Marcus, and Kyle and drywall Jim and Diane) did such a great job at our house. Both bathrooms look amazing. It is nice to have not only working plumbing but plumbing that is finally up to code and not having leaks in our walls. Also Alex was great to work with dealing with my kids watching, asking to help and the questions they asked, he was always very nice to them I really appreciate that. I know this was a difficult remodel with all the DIY stuff they found. We are very happy with how they turned out!

We came home from vacation to a very cold house with leaking pipes from being frozen. The Roberts team was very efficient and completed installing a new furnace as well as re-plumbing a large area of our house in less than a day.
