Roberts Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I have been using Roberts for years for various projects and service calls. They have always been prompt, the techs have always been professional, and they will tell it to you straight.

When I put a new bathroom in years ago, they worked with me so I could save some costs. I took out the concrete, they installed all of pipes, I put the concrete back in and walls, and they installed the shower and toilet. Scheduling was smooth and absolutely no issues.

A few years later I had them install some heat runs in the basement I finished. They charged me exactly what they quoted.

Fast forward to today, I called them because the water heater in the family restaurant wasn't working and we were forced to close early. They had someone out within an hour, even though they were booked a week out. They were able to clean the faulty part and get me up in running in just a few minutes. I know some other companies would have said I need a whole new part.

The best thing about their service, is if it something simple to correct, they will show you how to fix it. So you don't need to get another service charge for them to come out again for something so simple. They are looking out for you and not just about their bottom line.

Highly recommend Roberts! They've done a few projects for us this summer and have exceeded our expectations. Ben, Kyle and Marcus were all super patient with our questions, so kind to our kids and friendly dog, and went above and beyond to keep our home neat while they worked. We really appreciate that they were able to fix our air conditioner quickly on a super hot weekend! :)

My new furnace and air conditioning unit were replaced today. I am so pleased with the care, consideration and professionalism that truly describe my experience from start to finish (evaluation of my very old furnace/ac, recommended replacement, and getting the job done). The installation was on time, neat, and carefully completed. I’m very happy (thank you Roberts!) and I highly recommend.

Amazing service! I would not call anyone else! Our water heater went out last winter and my husband was in the hospital. I didn't know who to call, but my husband had used them before and I found their business card on the refrigerator. I called, and they were helpful and kind, they came out right away and replaced it, under warranty within a few hours. They asked about my husband and his health. They remembered him from their first visit months before. Their service was outstanding, professional, and yet so personal. They saved us alot of money, and I'll never forget their kindness. Amazing team!

We had wonderful service from Roberts Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for a water leak! Ben provided a call informing us of when he would arrive, and braved the snow storm. He was professional and efficient in identifying our shower leak and remediating it. He needed to cut holes in the ceiling and ensured they were as minimal as needed and that the room items were protected from any debri. He provided great insight on multiple questions we had for other issues and we will absolutely call them again if anything occurs.

Ben at Roberts Heating and Cooling was amazing. I had called them as they were the ones that serviced my furnace for a home i just bought and i had a concern with my furnace blinking a red and green light. Being new to home ownership, I don't know anything when it comes to furnaces and heating. They were very friendly and quickly sent someone out. Upon arrival we found out it was user error and everything was fine but Ben pointed out something the real estate agent didn't mention to me in that the motor on my furnace was about to go out and he recommended that I get it replaced immediately. He walked me through everything and gave me an honest quote which it ended up being on the lower end (yay!). Ben then came back the very next morning and replaced it with the part and now everything is running smoothly and quietly. Ben, I can't thank you enough for all of your help and answering my dumb questions as a new home owner these things can be very scary. I would recommend Roberts to anyone and especially recommend Ben as he truly is an expert of his craft.

Roberts Heating and cooling did a great job for us! They replaced our furnace and A/C In less than 2 days and left us no mess! Very kind courteous employees and owners! I would highly reccomend them to everyone!

Roberts has done numerous jobs for myself and family. They are all always very professional and knowledgeable. They always also take the time to answer all questions and explain things to you in a timely manner. This company does great work and they are good people too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company. I would give more than five stars if I could!!!

We needed a new heater and air conditioner for our townhome. Roberts was able to give us what we needed right away. Set up for financing was quick and easy. They gave us a deal on combining the two products. They were on tome and finished under the given time estimated. They were friendly and informative.

The whole team is absolutely wonderful to work with. They make a reminder call for seasonal checks, notify me when they are close to my home and are always courteous, professional and polite. We had trouble with our furnace last winter and they came immediately . Very happy with Roberts. Great company
