Robert's service team is top notch! I called Monday morning just a little before 9 and explained that our water heater had gone out over the weekend. Dispatch was very helpful and confirmed that they did have an opening and indeed had a new unit available if replacement was needed.
Ben and his co-worker arrived around noon and wasted no time removing the old unit and installing the new. Guys were very courteous and professional and had everything wrapped up in a very short amount of time! We will definitively use your services again. Thank you!

Amazing company and super friendly! Our furnace broke down with single digit temperatures outside. I called in after hours and within 20 minutes they were here and got us back up and running. I would highly recommend!

Chad removed pipes under our sink for the dishwasher being moved due to new cupboards being installed . Ben hooked up our new sink, dishwasher and installed a battery backup to our sump pump. Both Chad and Ben was professional, caring, and loved how they cleaned up after themselves. Robert’s heating and cooling are highly recommend! It’s the family atmosphere that we like too. You see the true compassion they have for there company.

Our furnace finally gave out on the coldest week of the year and Robert's really pulled through for me. I called and talked with Andy who quickly came out and talked with me about my options. With both the furnace and air conditioner being over 20 years old I decided it was time to replace both. I checked with a few other companies to get an idea of what both units would cost installed and Robert's still came out ahead of everybody else. Andy was able to move their schedule around and get me scheduled the following day.

Ben and Marcus showed up right on time the next morning and did a phenomenal job installing my new unit. The guys also recommended a few other things that made our utility room look a lot better and give it a very clean look. I would highly recommend Robert's heating and cooling!

Great company and people! We had new furnace and a/c units installed and Ben Myer and Andy Pratt couldn't have done a better job! It was time to update our heating and cooling system and received a few estimates. Highly recommend Robert's! They were out to give the quote within a day and were available for the days to follow for when I had questions.
