We started smelling some burning with our heater and called this great company! Ben came out at 10pm at night to come fix our heating system. We are forever grateful considering it was late and freezing temperatures. I highly recommend them!!

My a/c went out on a Friday. Monday morning I started making calls for quotes. I was Recommended Roberts by colleagues at work. Robert’s was not only prompted to meet with me same day but also gave me a realistic price for what I needed. No pressure and no sales gimmicks. I really appreciate that. The team showed up and installed my new a/c unit on time and were very respectful of my house and dogs. They did a truly amazing job. Ultra fast and professional service. Our furnace went out during a snow storm and they promptly answered my after hours call and came out the same night. Ben was able the get our replacement part despite difficult circumstances and had us up and running quickly. Very reasonably priced for excellent skill and service. Best HVAC company I have ever worked with.

I have been a happy customer for over ten years. When I moved to my present home nine years ago, I had Roberts install a new furnace and a new air conditioner. I was happily surprised at the reasonable cost. Since then, I have them check each at the beginning of its season. They also have helped me with plumbing work. I definitely depend on them, and they always have made me happy! Kudos to all of them, maybe especially to Kory Kahrs who has done all the checkups in the last few years! Their customer service on the phone is wonderful! Five stars for sure!

Recently found we needed to locate a good, reasonably priced plumber. Asked for referrals from friends. We were referred to Roberts Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. Delighted we went with them! They were punctual and well informed of what our issue was. They kept me constantly apprised, not only of what they found the problem to be, but how they would approach the repair. They kept to their word and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises on the bill either- exactly what was quoted. They were very professional and polite the entire time. Thanks Ben!

Andy was amazing. I called him at 8:30 ish to come and fix my air that was not working. He was quick, fast to get here and over the top kind. I have a sick daughter that really really needs the air conditioner to work. Thank you Roberts for your great customer service.

Ben the service guy was awesome! Very professional and responded very quickly and had us getting warm in less than half hour! Ben was helpful with advice for maintaining the furnace system . Ben was very nice and personable . This company is lucky to have Ben as a representative for there company! Kyle and Cory were awesome. They worked quietly and were very respectful and considerate. They knew their product and worked hard. They cleaned up perfectly and were pleasant to visit with. We also met the owner, Andy and immediately liked him because he was honest and listened to our concerns. They gave us a fair price and we are extremely happy. Our luck, air quit working right before the Memorial Day weekend. Camper couldn't keep up, so called Roberts and Andy brought a portable AC unit for us to use. Alex and Ryan able to install two days later. They did an excellent job! Wonderful to work with!!
