Our refrigerator ice maker stopped producing ice. TMI technician did a thorough job of troubleshooting the problem. It turned out the line was frozen. He left me with some great “steps” to take should this happen in the future.

Had to replace my ice maker. He ordered it, then came back with it and installed it quickly and now I have ice!

I had a toilet leaking at the base . Customer service is excellent. Repair staff are courteous and do excellent work. I have my home warranty with them. I use them for warranty work & non warranty work. Pricing is reasonable and work is completed to satisfaction. Highly Recommend!

My water heater broke for the second time and was dealing with a manufacturer warranty....this in itself was not fun. I called TMI after calling around and they were the only ones to help. I am sure glad they did. They were on it. They worked me in, and worked with me so that I could get things figured out. After so much stressed they really made a bad situation turn really good.
