This company is a SCAM!
Our heater stopped working and I called TMI to come out and look at it. They said our computer board was bad and it would be almost $1k to fix, they recommend we replace the furnace for $5,100 due to it being 12 years old. After the tech left I asked my brother in law to take a look at it and it ended up being a wire was unplugged, he plugged it back in and everything worked as it should. The tech never said a word about it, and on top of that when i called the manager to see about getting a refund for the $90 since they messed up and didnt even fix it, l was told they would talk with the tech and then never heard back. Do not trust this company they will rip you off, lie to you, and try to upsell you something you don't need.

Service was prompt, effective, efficient and courteous. Water heater was repaired and returned to service by the service technician who clearly knew his job, our equipment and how to remedy our problem.

Service man was on time. Spent 5 minutes making “repair” to sump pump and an over an hour BSing including watching our tv. Just over two weeks later, we are having the same issue with the pump. My husband asked for estimates about replacing our system. Still no estimates. Will definitely contact a different company to come and repair the pump this time.

Mitch was EXCELLENT! Knowledgeable, friendly, gave good advice, fair on price. Would ask for him next time. Was honest about more work we need done in the near future. Solved our clogged drain problem and replaced pipes. Would highly recommend TMI!

Your crew got here pretty fast considering the bad weather. They went right to work and fixed my 5 water leaks from the frigid storm. They were very kind and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I was sure glad to get my water turned back on. They were worth every dollar I was charged. I would hire this company again in the future.

I called about my washing machine leaking all over my floor. The service tech performed several tests, ran the machine cycles, checking for any leaks, checked the underside as well. Turns out it was my standpipe, not my machine, that was the problem. He was very gracious and kind explaining what I didn't understand regarding parts and where the actual problem was occurring. Will definitely use them again should another problem arise!

Juan Paez was very personable and professional. He did a great job and he did the cleanup lol. The company was very quick to respond especially since I have 1 toilet. The other companies couldn't get me till Thursday.

I was able to get a quick appointment. Satisfied with the service to replace old water heater that developed a leak, with a new unit. However their service is expensive when compared to others who provide same value.
