I had been fighting a clogged toilet for about 3 weeks, they sent someone over as soon as I called. He arrived about 20 minutes after I called. Juan was so respectful, professional, just a very nice and pleasant person. He was very efficient, had it un-clogged in no time and then answered numerous questions on future things I need done. Definitely recommending them to anyone I know that may need their service. Thank you so much Juan!

I made an appointment over a week ago to have my hot water heater serviced. They were supposed to be at my house this morning. They called to tell us one of their guys called in sick and wouldn't be able to be here until 5:30. That was completely fine. Then they tell me that because their guy is going to have to be here after 5:00 that they're going to charge me an extra $180 because then it's overtime. I called five different companies and no one can be here for another week. I paid the extra $180 because obviously my babies cannot take ice cold baths. Not only do I feel like this is a huge scam I feel taken advantage of and will never ever ever use this company again. It's absolutely disgusting the way they will basically steal your money. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT YOUR GUY COULDN'T MAKE IT TO WORK.

Personally wish $89 service fee could go towards finished cost if customer chooses to go with your company.

Tom was absolutely great! As a new home owner, the last thing I wanted to happen was to lose hot water. Tom told me he doesn’t give up easily and that is for sure! Thanks to TMI for getting someone out quickly and to Tom for fixing it up right!

My service tech was great! Came in and inspected, problem solved, gave me a price before he did any work and repaired all in one day. Happy to have a working tub/drain again. Thanks TMI!

Called as a new customer and the lady that scheduled everything was completely RUDE! You would think you would want the first impression to be a good one but for me it was like I was a inconvenience. Every time I asked a question it was a huff and an attitude filled response. Oh and your “calls are recorded” then go listen to it!!! Can’t stand unfriendly people. Plenty of others places to spend my 5k. I called for a new toilet install, vanity and drain install, garbage disposal, 2 outside water spikets , and a whole house filtration system and will be taking my business else where. Train your front end staff better, they area the first people your new customers talk to and they suck!

I have the maintance plan. They come in spring to maintain air conditioner and fall to maintain furnace. Always friendly. My last technician Noel, was super friendly, Efficient, and thorough.

I had a water leak over the weekend and TMI was the only company that answered and found an on-call plumber that would be able to come out within 1 hour! The plumber, Juan was INCREDIBLE! He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I have never used a plumber prior to this past weekend and moving forward I will DEFINITELY be using TMI!

Needed to replace a leaking hose faucet that was stuck to a hose. Mike and Jason came out and looked at the faucet and our finished basement… They walked us through needing to open up our ceiling, replacing the hose faucet, and gave us numbers to call for help with drywall for the ceiling if needed. We had a second faucet that we needed work on and they were concerned about replacing it with where the siding was at, so they gave us a number for someone else that could help us with siding so they can come back and relocate the faucet and prevent water damage to the house and siding. Totally awesome experience with these guys today!! Will request them every time we can!!

Tom was here before the set time of 8am presenting a cheerful introduction to what was planned for this morning. We were very pleased not only for his work ethics, but also much needed solicited advice. He was considerate and answered questions. Overall, a great encounter.
