Response was unacceptable. As a VIP member who bought a complete cooling and heating system from you in 2015. I expected better response than 8 days in 95 degree weather. You had just completely replaced the coil in the outside units less than 2 years ago. It took 5 pounds of refrigerant to make it work. Field tech was awesome but your office scheduler should not deal with people. She was short and not concerned with my issues but maybe this how you want her to respond. I was also informed by the tech if I hadn’t been a VIP member the unit is guaranteed till 2025 but I would have to pay all the maintenance. It’s not my fault you sold me an inferior air conditioner. 3 of my neighbors paid less than I did and haven’t had any problems. If this is your business practice I will consider a home insurance contract. It is less than $10 a month.
Service man was a total Gentleman. He explained things to my wife when he found out was wrong. I was at work when this appointment was scheduled. He then talk to me on phone when wife had to make a real major decision. I would like this service man back again. Hopefully not ever. Lollo
The installer was very professional and courteous. He came on time and installed a new outside water spigot in a hard to reach place efficiently. Everything works great with no more wasting water now. The price was a little high i thought but you get what you pay for. It comes with a 2 year guarantee, done on my time schedule and my husband had one less headache to deal with so i am happy all around!
Called that morning with no hot water. They worked me in short notice. The worker arrived and was very professional. A replacement was found and installed within a few hours of the initial visit. Everything was clean and picked up when the job was complete. Highly recommended.
Came back from vacation and our heater didn’t work. Called TMI first thing in the morning and was contacted within an hour to be notified a technician was going to be arriving within 2 hours. Was all fixed before 11:00 am. Great service and communication!
Juan was such a help with our kitchen plumbing issue. I called at 8am and he was here by 9am, very responsive. Trouble shot problems along the way, and answered any questions I had with a professional response. He was such a delight and was beyond kind to my "wanting to be helpful" toddler. I will absolutely be calling for future home repairs, and I would highly recommend for others as well!
Tech was friendly and efficient. He took the time to point out a slight leakage in my copper tubing above my hot water heater. Not part of his maintenance, but I greatly appreciated this.
My family has a small business in moline Illinois and had a water heater go out which is detrimental to our business.
