TMI was excellent as always. I've used them many times for many different repair services and they always send the most knowledgeable, respectful, and diligent people out to help.

Service repairman was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He unclogged the pipe & Notice that my sub pump wasn't working so I also had that replaced. He did a very thorough & good job.

Juan did a great job at explaining everything to me about my water heater. On time! Helpful! Will definitely be a returning customer. Check them out!

Fast and friendly absolutely never have a problem with them. They talk to me about what’s going on before I make the decision if I want him to come over or wait till another day and sometimes even give me advice of the phone to try.

Installation man was friendly and professional. Price was outrageous. They charge very high "flat rates". I would recommend using a different place with reasonable rates for repairs.

These guys men and woman are great. We needed a new furnace a week before thanksgiving. No one else could get us in before 12/12. They got our furnace in for the best price possible. My husband who really needed to be with his family is able to spend Thanksgiving with the whole family warm and sage and happy.

TMI replaced my hot water heater and fixed my toilet in half the time I thought it would take. They made sure everything worked before they left, too. I saved a lot of money going through TMI. I have used them for years and will continue to do so!! They're excellent!

Big thanks to TMI of the QC and tech Alfonzo for a same-day fix of my furnace last week. As far as excuses go for not writing, a 59-degree house is an okay one, but I like having no excuses, and now I’m back at it without having to pry my fingers open with pliers. Thanks, TMI!
